The beds just weren't comfortable. I slept maybe two hours. The other bad thing which I hope is rare, was a customer in lobby actually inhaling nitrous oxide constantly for over a half hour! The manager told the customer to go back to his room, but was ignored. He should have called the police. It's illegal in Virginia and gives a terrible impression of the motel

Bathroom was not as clean as it usually is. The refrigerator did not cool and that was not acceptable. They need to check that before turnover or put you in another room with a working fridge. Beyond that, I enjoyed my stay and will continue to book here and hope they do better
