TV and telephone in room did not work. Desk said no maintenance workers available. Had to pack up and switch rooms. Front desk not apologetic or overly concerned. Asked to change for a $20 bill to tip for luggage storage. Was told they can't make change. Therefore, NO TIP!

Unpleasant stay overall
Bathroom sink and shower faucets only dispensed hot water. No cold water no matter which way you turned the handles. Alarm clock was set for 6am, not by me. Room and entire floor had a very heavy scent of cologne and rubbing alcohol. Just an unpleasant stay overall.
