Fajitas on Fiesta Lane - Recently Remodeled - Sleeps 10

This bountifully stocked townhouse has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Fajitas on Fiesta is located in the Casitas at Sienna Hills development-- close to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs Conservation Area, and many other areas appealing to outdoor enthusiasts. The community has a large pool and hot tub heated year-round.

This town home boasts a large master bedroom with a king bed and bunk bed perfect for a couple or family. The 2nd bedroom upstairs contains two bunk beds and sleeps four. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress as well to accommodate additional guests. All bedrooms include closets, fresh linens, extra blankets, and everything you need to feel fully at home. The lower level floor plan is open-concept and has plenty of room for dining, cooking, or just overall relaxation. There is an outdoor patio set and grill for outside entertaining. Fajitas on Fiesta includes WIFI to accommodate all of your technology needs. There are three flat screen TV’s throughout the townhome. All TV’s are equipped with streaming devices and dish network satellite TV.

Fajitas on Fiesta Lane is equipped with all of the extras you need to enjoy a family or group vacation. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with all of the necessities to make gourmet meals. If you are traveling with kids, we have provided kid-friendly dishes, a pack and play, and board games that are fun for the entire family. Fajitas on Fiesta is equipped with pool toys, pool towels, and many other essentials to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is heated year round for your enjoyment.

Parking is a breeze with a two-car garage and parking within the Casitas complex to accommodate additional guests.

The host was great at responding to my emails prior to our stay. The home was clean and nice. The bedroom with the queen bed was quite firm so our friends stayed in the bunk beds and said that was much better. I stayed in the king bedroom and it was good. We didn’t make it to the pool but it looked great! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would stay there a again.

Great Location, self explanatory, clean

The location was perfect, nice and quiet area. We always had the pool to our selves, there is a park 3 mins away that is also beautiful and peaceful. Check in was simple, the home was clean and accommodating.

Out family enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was clean, well stocked, and dog friendly. The location is great for access to lots of the outdoor activities and our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub.

Great place to stay in a great neighborhood

Overall the stay was great. I didn't love the 5pm check-in time as other houses in the neighborhood we've stayed in are typically 3pm. So plan accordingly for long drives The owner was helpful and responsive with questions during our stay, which was helpful. The house was great, it met all our needs, and we love staying in the neighborhood. This is our 4th time staying in the Casitas area.

Fantastic stay with plenty of room

The place was extremely clean, very accommodating, full kitchen, plenty of beds and bedding, the master bath is large and beautiful. Everything is spacious and can accommodate a few people or a lot of people very comfortably. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Fiesta was great!

The home was very cozy and conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood outside of St. George, UT. One great feature that I don’t experience with all the properties in that area we have stayed in that it had a garage door opener.

Tons of room for everyone

This was a great place to stay during the Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook. Plenty of room for my kids and more beds than we needed for 7 of us. We used the grill which worked great. The pool and hot tub are a short walk. We wish there were pickleball courts there in the community. My only issue was that the garage was not useful for our suburban and soo we had to find alternate parking on the main street. Wasn't that terrible really. But the garage was perfect to store our bikes. There were 2 different WiFi connections and I think the one that the instructions told us to connect to was absolutely unusable but the other one was great. We had a great stay and would come again.

Lovely 3 bdrm Washington Townhouse

Nice 3 bdrm spacious townhouse with main level dbl garage & entry to Lvgrm, Dining, Kitchen, powder, & Laundry rooms. On 2nd fl has 3 bdrms, 2 baths: King room has ensuite, Queen room & 4 bunks share main 4 pce bathroom. Very comfy for 8 people, but can accommodate up to 12. Nice outdoor community pool & hot tub. Also patio table for 8 with bbq.
