I'm not sure how this hotel managed to get such high ratings. It's seriously outdated, the staff isn't particularly friendly, and housekeeping only comes every other day—often missing half the tasks they're supposed to do. Breakfast is your typical hotel buffet, nothing special and certainly not healthy. I liked the location, fairly central, abundant parking options near by, which was amazing. Overall it served our purpose but next time would try to find another hotel.

Muy bueno

Excelente locación, muy cerca de opciones de transporte, comida, etc, nos quedamos dos noches, lo único fue que no tuvieron limpieza diaria y aunque lo informaran en la descripción incluso en los carteles del baño pero aún así solicitamos cambio de toallas y no hubo problema. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.

The front desk was not very friendly. My wife wanted the room cleaned but no one told us that you had to request it until it was too late in the day and the front desk said it was our fault for not requesting it. Never had a Hampton Inn so unfriendly.

The check-in process was great, the young lady at the front desk was so sweet. Our hotel room door was insanely hard to open anytime we went in or out of the room. It was REALLY hard to open from both sides, I actually hurt my shoulder trying to pull it open. Also, when we walked into the room, it smelled mildewish, like it had been wet and never properly dried.
I am full on leaning back, putting all of my weight behind it.

Great location. Great selection of breakfast foods Overpriced My room's closet door and the bathroom door did not close shut at all. It did not matter since I was solo but detracts from the hotel room

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast area was great, attitude was welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Room and hotel is super clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great had few options to choose from. Definitely will stay recommend and stay here again.
