This lovely private home is spacious and provides you with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for your next St George adventure! Decorated beautifully, this new home is furnished with all new furniture and is in the perfect location. Minutes from Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Lake, and a short drive to Zion National Park or Snow Canyon. The living room is roomy and invites you to sit and enjoy the leather furniture while watching a little television. This great room flows into the gorgeous modern kitchen and dining room that has seating for 6 at the large table. The kitchen has tons of cupboard space, seating for 3 at the island, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, and quartz countertops. Outside is a covered patio that has a patio set with a table and 4 cushioned chairs so you can enjoy some of the St George suns we are famous for all year long. Don't forget the grill on the patio for some great barbecued meals. Back inside the spacious master suite has a King bed and a TV, and the bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower that are so luxurious.

Upstairs you will find a darling sitting room with a futon and ottoman that makes a great reading nook. There are three more bedrooms too! This first charming bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The remaining two bedrooms are identical bunk rooms. Each has 2 sets of bunks that can sleep up to 5 per room, one bunk is a twin over full and the other bunk is a twin over twin bunk.

This home also has a full washer and dryer and a two-car garage for your use.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!

Great modern property but lack of communication

We had a small group of friends visiting the parks of Utah for a week. The place is clean, comfortable and very pleasant. Short drive to highway and not too far from grocery store and restaurants. However the communication is poor. While you get spammed with a lot of the leasing company's emails, they did not respond to our emails asking questions once we got to the property. Reading other reviews I found this to be pretty typical of this listing.

Perfect amount of space for our family!

Perfect amount of space for our family or 6. It was clean and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. It was so nice to have a washing machine to clean clothes and dry swimming suits. It was close and convenient to everything in St George and the surrounding area. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Beautiful Location and Serene Property!

Everyone says management communication is bad but for me it was great! They answered each time so I think management did a good job with guest communicaiton. The check in process and keyless entry was ideal. The home was clean and felt brand new. Bright and airy and oh so welcoming the minute you walk in! The location is close to stores and markets which is awesome. Good proximity to national and state parks. Wifi was very troublesome the entire time. Modem/Router kept in locked closet in garage. In today's day and age, wifi efficicency is so crucial so this was a bummer. Also no lids for pots and pans and no blender. We cooked a lot at home during our stay so these items would have made a difference. The master bedroom was difficult to keep cool... All things considered the proeprty definitely meets expectations and let's admit it, Washington City, Utah and this neighborhood are a wonderful place to be!

What a great experience
