This hotel was a disappointment; cold water sink faucet/handle hardly moveable; shrill noise of something outside all night long--difficult to sleep. Lastly, staff never greeted us upon arrival, did not smile once, seemed "put out" to welcome guests! Will not return.

The Shuttle only runs every 45 minutes. There were two shuttles available but only 1 running. We had to Uber to get into the city.

We had an amazing stay ! Hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service to and from the Reagan Airport and to the Mall. Room was spacious and Tv entertainment was excellent. Housekeeping did an amazing job 💙

Nightmare

I got sick during my stay, asked to book the room again so I could stay until my late flight and was told "No! Somebody is already booked for that room. Asked about moving to another room, No! We are full".No compassion, no kindness, just No!. My son checked and they had available rooms, so he called, booked a room, and I had to move to another room. Don't know the girl I talked to but so rude and does not need to be dealing with the public. So instead of putting the new arrival in the room I was moved to, there were 2 rooms contaminated with flu that had to be cleaned instead of one. No common sense or compassion. Will I recommend this place to stay? NO! And now they want me revise my review before they will post it. I guess the truth hurts.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Room did not have power cable to tv and they did not give us one. Friend with us contracted flu A asked to book another night and front desk said no rooms available . Her son called and booked room right after told that . They made her move rooms. Also went to restaurant for breakfast saw mouse run across floor quietly brought to waitress attention she never came back and asked what we wanted to eat and when we got up to leave asked for check because we were able to get coffee she said not to worry about it. Had to go outside to get food. Worst experience I have EVER had at a Sheraton and I am a Bon Voy member.

Run- Don't even start here for free

This property is old and outdated. The got water didn't work for showers, the heater was blowing cold air. The staff was rude, I would not recommend anyone visit this property. Your better off at the Motel 6
