Large well appointed rooms, with extremely large beds. Check in was easy and the staff was very polite. The Housekeeping staff, Hillary, was very prompt in attending to our requests.

Great staff and check in. Some noise from the train yard below. Im always suspicious when ear plugs are provided but they werent needed and had a good sleep! TV (satellite) was frequently interrupted by storms! Lovely large and clean room. Didnt use the bar and restaurant. Used room service. Awful. $33 for a tiny, tasteless pizza. Lesson learned!

We stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina from Saturday, May 10 to Sunday, May 11. At 11:10 AM, we checked out. Just two hours later, while driving back to Orlando, I realized my Apple Watch was missing. It was shut off at exactly 12:08 PM — and guess where it last pinged? That’s right: Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. I clearly remember leaving it next to the TV. As we were walking out, the cleaning crew was already on the floor. Suspicious? Extremely. I reported it immediately. The security guy said he’d “investigate” and call me back. He didn’t. I followed up that same night, and the front desk lady told me nothing was turned in to lost and found — but accidentally let slip that someone checked into our room at 6:00 PM, six hours after my $1,200 watch conveniently went offline. The only people who had access during that gap? The cleaning staff. Still, no call back. I called five days in a row. Nothing but excuses. Hilton’s security manager completely ghosted me. This is disgusting behavior for a brand like Hilton. You had one job: check the cameras, confront the cleaner, and get my damn watch back. After years of being a loyal guest, I’m done. My family, my friends, my company — none of us will ever stay at a Hilton again. This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was straight-up ghetto. Shameful.

Could be better

The hotel is modern, well decorated, the rooms are with great size and very comfortable. It is located around 5 minutes walking from the metro station which is very useful. The neighborhood has as plenty of restaurants around and it is in walking distance from the main attractions of the city. The fitness center is excellent, huge and new. The only thing I didn’t like was the towels , two star hotel quality, mold and many almost with a hole, not compatible with the price charged and the brand pattern. Stayed in other Marriott hotels and could see the difference.

I liked the rooftop. However, the server we had during happy hour was not good. Also, the drinks at night on the rooftop, doubled from the day. The lighting in the room was poor especially nesr the exit where the mirror was placed. Lastly, they need more than 1 valet parker. I called 20mins ahead for my car and still had to wait anothet 20mins because the car had not been called up/in. The train can be annoying but we got over it. All on all, I would give this hotel another shot as the location was great for my event.

The room with one bed have trains tracks on a side, it’s a very active train track that makes a big noise during the day and night. I called Expedia and the first night we slept in that room but Expedia help us to change the room, The room with two beds when we flushed the toilet made a big noise for 2or 3 min, the same happened when people in nearby rooms flushed their toilet, we heard the same noise. Other than that, the hotel is clean well decorated, comfortable. Both rooms with enough space, modern design, clean, good beds and great room service. Walkable area and near attractions. Thank you

The cleanliness was ok. The Bathroom had a shower with a slippery floor. There was a railroad right outside our window- the train pulled in every 30 minutes or so ALL night.

Not a great stay this time.

We stayed here a year ago and had a good experience. This year, the room smelled off. A couple of pillows smelled like B.O. The restaurant was not anything close to the offering last year (used to be Yara, but was rebranded); service and pricing was awful. We had two small apps and two salad and it cost 200 with the service fee included. The bar in the lobby on a Saturday night was closed. Weird vibe. It was not a good stay. Didn't sleep well at all.
