Great views in a very nice and spacious house

The house is great, just as described in the pictures. Kitchen was stocked with good cookware, everything was clearly labeled, bedrooms are all a good size, and common space was perfect for a group of 12. Hot tub was nice to have and overlooks a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. My group had a great stay, definitely recommend it.

Perfect vacation rental for any family

An absolutely beautiful home with wonderful floor plan at the end of a quiet dead end street. The owners have gone to great length to make available amenities that would appeal to any and all age groups. It was a weekend getaway, for my wife's family members. Will definitely try and return with my own kids and their spouses.

The most amazing property!

We are so thankful for a glorious week at Villa Ausblick! This is a children’s paradise (pool, rocks to climb, treehouse, pond for frog-catching, sandbox, hammock, swings, outdoor games, the list goes on!), and our kids had the best time! Peter and Sybille are also amazing communicators and checked in frequently throughout our week stay. Great location to Waterbury and Stowe! One of the best properties we have stayed at ever! Many thanks for a wonderful visit!

Wonderful property

We had a large family group including children, parents, and grandparents. The house worked out perfectly. Great set up, clean, well equipped, lots to do for the kids. The information provided was thorough and helpful. Kids loved the treehouse, frog pond, firepit, and especially the beautiful pool. Close to restaurants in Waterbury and Stowe.

Beautiful and quiet location

The home was just as described and was in a very private location overlooking the mountains. Sybille was a very organized host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Our family of 8 was very comfortable. The grandkids enjoyed the toys and outside area (though kids need to be closely watched near the sloping yard, pond and pool area.) Would definitely love to return another time!!!

An oasis in the mountains

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Villa Ausblick is! Outdoor pool, porch, frog pond, tree house, green Mountain View’s and sunsets, you name it. Inside there are so many opportunities to keep busy or relax inside with cozy couches, a beautiful fireplace and games for young and adults. We especially appreciated just how organized and well labeled the home was. It was a fabulous vacation spot and we hope to visit again! Thank you!

Ski Holiday

We loved our wintertime 2013 stay at Villa Ausblick. The house is supplied with every imaginable necessity -- kitchen is incredibly well-stocked & organized. Lots of clean & coordinated towels and bed linens. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the surrounding wooded property is fun to explore. Woodbury location is great -- close to supermarket, drug store, gas station, and a 30 min. drive to skiing at Stowe. We hope to return!

Perfect place with amazing views!

I celebrated my birthday with a bunch of girlfriends here and we had the best time!! The views are indescribable, the home is perfectly equipped with everything you need, including very comfy beds. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the short ride to go into town! We spent some time in Stowe, checking out the Von Trappe Family Lodge, Stowe Cider, Stowe Wine and cheese (the ladies were so kind there!), and had an excellent hibachi dinner at Sushi Yoshi. We all felt such a warm welcome when entering the home. This getaway was just perfect for me and my girlfriends!

Truly a house with a view!

We are a group of older male skiers, and this was the 15th year of our annual ski trip. Villa Ausblick ranks right at the top of the many homes we have rented. Home is well equiped and well maintained. Easy ride to both Stowe & Sugarbush. Waterbury is a great quaint New England town with some good restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Beautiful week in Waterbury

The property is so incredible - our party (ages 67 years down to 4 months) had a wonderful week at the house and in the surrounding area (including the charming town of Waterbury as well as Stowe). It was absolutely perfect for kids, although they needed supervision given the pool, pond and mountain location. The views and mountain air will keep you outside, but the house is so well equipped you almost hoped a rainy day would come along so you could stay inside and watch movies and play board games in the cozy basement/bar.
