Room was good as always, TV was not working management found a temporary fix, offered to move us to a different room. This hotel and room 601 will always be our go to spot when we come to visit our kids and grandkids. The entire staff here needs to be acknowledged by corporate for the above and beyond customer service they provide!!!

Floors, walls and counters not very clean. Noisy neighbors, beds are too hard. $15 for parking in an outdoor lot is ridiculous. Save your money and go to a cheaper hotel

Staff was awesome upon check in, only issue was that the first night we were woke up 3 times after 00:30 hours for three false fire alarms, management did not offer any explanation or offer any compensation for having to evacuate the room with each false alarm.

This is the second time I have stayed here and had to deal with an alarm go off and then not fixing the issue. First my reservation was for two queens and I was given a room with a kind and pull out. We made that work but when we had the alarm issue they tried to move us to a room with one king which would not work. The front desk was rude and did nothing to help. For over 250 a night I expected more. I will not be back. Very disappointing as I have always stayed at a Hilton if I can. They did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
