Arrived at 310pm, room was not ready which is fine as I understand things happen. They told me 20 minutes and it would be ready. I said i would wait in my vehicle and they advised they would call me as soon as it was ready. By 345pm i had still not receieced a phone call that the room was ready. I had travlled 6 hours that day with 2 kids alone and i unfortunately got sick with a fever so waiting for the room was torture. Everything else was great, my suggestion is to work on communication moving forward.

Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was fun for us and our kids. Our main issue was that there weren't enough tables at breakfast and the food kept running out. For a busy long weekend it would have been helpful to have more staff on the breakfast service. One of us had to get breakfast elsewhere as there was nothing left.

The breakfast was good and my family had a good stay. The only thing is that I saw some rice grains and food crumbs on the carpet. Maybe the housekeeper missed to vacuum some parts of the room.

Great place to go, I planned a last minute trip with my family. The second I got there I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me and answered my questions without any issues. The hotel was very clean and so was my room. The pool was really fun and didn’t get busy. You have to wake up early to get a spot at breakfast, but it’s definitely worth it, food was great!
