The facility was good but we were a bit disappointed that there was no elevator since we have mobility problems. The staff were excellent and very helpful with carrying our luggage to the second floor.

Management is key. I stayed in a Travelodge in Drummondville last year, complete disappointment. This one was really good for the price, clean, neat, friendly and overall worth the stay.

Very good stay! Quick check in, friendly workers, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, plenty of parking, quiet, pet friendly and close to a lot of restaurants. A restaurant/lounge in house as well- although we didn’t partake it did smell amazing! We will have to try it the next time we are in town. The on the go breakfast was appreciated! Apple, yogurt, granola bar, muffin, juice box- made for a great packed breakfast or snack on the trails! They also had a multi coffee machine and a variety of teas as well in the lobby! We travelled with my small dog and everyone was comfortable. We will definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

This property is located in a very convenient location, Walmart, Boston Pizza, Dollarama, DQ all within 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean, big, and tv had all the channels like Netflix, Amazon prime, YouTube etc. Free breakfast was disappointing, gave a takeaway pack consisting of packet juice, an apple, a small yogurt, a muffin. Free coffee was good though.

The carpets throughout, both in the room and public areas were very stained. Room was very well appointed and clean. Disappointing breakfast served in a brown bag. Not at all suitable for a diabetic. Staff were very friendly.

Property was good. Easy access. Room was good but bathroom was small and basin was set in entry area. Breakfast served in ready to go bags. Lounge was open at night time but closed in morning. You have to take your breakfast in to your room or in your vehicle. 2 star rating because of the morning service wasn’t expected.

“Breakfast Included” consists of a paper bag with a banana, juice box, granola bar and muffin. Staff seemed stressed no matter who was at the desk. Room was good, liked the double entrance. Bed was very comfortable.

Paid additional for a room with a king and queen bed. Upon arrival was given a two queen room and told that our room had been given away due to fire watch in the area however we were never called with a heads up or given an explanation until we asked after entering our room and seeing two queens. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and there were cracks in the wall haphazardly covered up with furniture. The next morning our door was opened by housekeeping before we had left as we had been marked as checked out before having left our room at all and prior to check out time. Overall the room and hotel seemed clean though. Wifi and tv both worked well. Most staff was friendly however one gentleman we dealt with upon check in was not the friendliest or most personable.
