Not so great. Dirty and worn

Not accessible at all. Doorways have deep thresholds and paths can be hard to navigate Shower floor was black and moldy Ceiling fan was caked in dust and there were dust bunnies stuck to the ceiling. Headboard was coated in dust Tile fell off fire place while we were sleeping. Fridge was missing a leg so you had to lift the front corner to open door Bed frame was made of 2x6 lumber screwed together and didnt fit the box springs. Mattress was visably worn to the point that we have to flip it ourselves because our feet were noticeably higher than our heads when laying in the bed. It also had visable body sags in it. Only 3 flat pillows provided. Floor wasnt glued down in the bathroom and was 2 different pieces with a gap between then where you could see the underneath Air conditioner in room worked excellent ! Friends in another room said theres looked new and was very clean so may be hit and miss No bugs and the room smelt fine Did not use the pull-out but it was stained and very old looking. We got a last minute deal but still paid over $300 a night for this room that could have been a motel 6 for $80 Couldnt change rooms or hotels because everything was booked Staff were kind and resturant on site was very good and the grounds were beautiful.

We originally booked in Pincher Creek but when this became available we switched. I feel like we were prepared for the condition of this place based off of reviews. Yes it needs renos as it is outdated, and shows its age, but it was clean and quiet! The location is unbeatable, you literally walk out you door and you are in the main area!

Bed was broken, staff had to come and fix it with our help. Even after it was fixed, it was uneven and we had to sleep the other way on the bed. Front staff not very helpful and indifferent. The entryway was messy and smelled like fish. Carpet was dirty and pulled up in areas. Shout out to the on call plumber who came and replaced part of the broken bed! We appreciated you:)

Second time staying here. Central location and really quiet. Spacious room, beds very comfortable. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Doesn’t have updates ie charging stations for phones but this isn’t an issue as most people come prepared with plug-ins.

There was no one at the front desk at 7:30 for us to check in. Called emergency line many times and left messages and still no answer. After 15 minutes I saw an employee outside on the phone. He seemed to ignore us as we waited at the desk. Then was rude when I interrupted his call to get us checked in and claimed he was on the phone with manager

Convenient

Spacious, bathroom and kitchen were renovated but carpet in bedroom/living area has to be next. Furniture could use an upgrade too. Great location and nice grounds outside with tables you can use.
