The weather turned unexpectedly cold and I fell ill while traveling. What a relief to find this nice little place. The heat worked well and kept me comfortable. Everything was clean and in good repair. I was pleasantly surprised by the update furnishing. My room even had a microwave. I would definitely recommend it if you need a travel stop in that part of Kansas.

Clean room, comfortable beds, quite and safe. It was just what we need while attending the KBA in Emporia. The staff was very pleasant. We would stay again if in the area.

It is an older motel but they have done a lot of work to update it. Its clean and quiet. I was impressed with the updated carpets and AC. Checking in was easy and the office staff were nice. Very convenient to the highway as well.

Nice and quiet

Check in was quick and easy. Very quiet, clean, and felt safe. Gentleman at desk was very pleasant. Towels could be a bit bigger cuz I have lots of body to dry.. 😂. I will be back.

Due to several circumstances I wasn’t able to research hotels in the area and had to stay somewhere at the last minute. This was the most convenient place and it was affordable. Unfortunately, I left there with bed bug bites all over me. The management was very friendly but I won’t be going back there.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The property is a bit dated but it has good access to the highway, restaurant and gas station. Overall I would stay here again if hotel was needed.

The bed was supposed to be a queen but was a full size. The toilet was 12" off the floor so was very hard to get on and off of. There were spiders in the bathroom.
