We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had an overwhelming chemical smell. It gave us immediate headaches. It smelled like there was a mildew or mold issue and they were covering it up with a chemical smell. The other room we had didn’t smell the way the one room did. We tried to switch rooms but they were fully booked and couldn’t give us another room. The smell was so bad we left and stayed at a different hotel. The hotel refused to refund us for the stay. I won’t ever book with this company again.

We came in at 1am totally exhausted we got in our room undressed went to potty and not one roll of toilet paper was found in the bathroom and there were 3 of us. I really don’t expect to have an issue using the bathroom after 6 hours in the car

Could have been better.

The staff themselves were friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was ok at best. There was a musty smell and you could tell the flooring in the bathroom hasn’t had a good scrub in a while. The shower pressure was non existent. The linens were very clean though. Nothing stained or looked dirty. There was some trash between the bed and nightstand that housekeeping missed. The breakfast was not the best. I opted not to eat there the second morning. The hot tub was warm but the timer knob was broken so couldn’t turn it on and the bottom of it was pretty dirty. And the door next to the pool area you couldn’t get back in because the key card reader was broken so you had to walk around the building to the front door to get back in. Could definitely use some deep cleaning, maintenance, and updating on the property.

My room had significant stains that looked like blood on the drapes. The sofa had a large stain on the arm rest. Sofa Linens were not in the room for the pull out sofa and the carpet needs to be shampooed/cleaned. The room didn’t smell fresh at all. Overall did it make do? Absolutely, but all these things and a terrible breakfast really canned the experience. Will not be staying again. Not worth the price that was charged. Will be letting individuals know to avoid the facility
