Okay stay

This hotel was used just for the night stay for a baseball tournament. But all in all the hotel needs some upgrades for sure. The AC was broken and dirty. Smelled like mold in the whole building especially in the room. Bathroom was clean and I appreciated that.breakfast was decent. Only thing I didn’t not like was the lady in the kitchen had gloves on and was touching her phone typing and never changed her gloves. Not very sanitary.

I did not stay at this hotel because shortly after I reserved a room here through Expedia, I received a phone call from Comfort Inn telling me they overbooked so they could not give me a room. I had to scramble to find another room at another motel in another town. I was told I would receive a full refund, so please expedite the refund. Thank you.

The elevator is broken so I had to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor. Also had one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom that has about 2 uses and then it’s gone. There’s no extra toilet paper. What??

The elevator was not functioning, and our room was on the 3rd floor. No discount was offered. The odor of mold hit us like a truck when we walked in the room. There was mold in the shower, and I was only able to get mildly warm water in the shower. The water pressure was low as well.
