Welcome to "Sagarika" (an Indian word , that means, a home by the water) Nestled in the woods, walking distance to Wellfleet downtown but away from the hustle of route six. Walk to beautiful kettleponds and spend the day canoeing, fishing or just leisurely lounging by the water. Soak up the sun , surf or spend a day building sand castles at Newcomb Hollow Beach.

About the house :

This 2 storied along with a lower level post and beam house provides a shabby chic architecture with all luxuries of modern living. It is newly renovated from top to bottom and features four bedrooms, two and half bath and two beautiful decks. Plenty of sun light to bring the happy summer vibes indoors. The house comfortably sleeps eight and a baby in crib. The large open plan living area is ideal for relaxing, reading a book or having a movie night on a 60" wall mount HDTV. The chef's kitchen, with gas cooking, stainless steel island, brand new SS appliances and all amenities, is a pure delight for anyone who loves to cook. High end big and small appliances that makes cooking fun and convenient. Can't think of a recipe ? Let Alexa help you with the steps or just play your favorite music, as you whip up that meal that brings everybody together.

House has three large high definition TVs and all with streaming app capabilities like Netflix, Prime video and Disney Plus. Catch up on all TV programming using the youtubetv app and watch top 85 cable channels. Mood to watch some NFL action or other sports? Watch all NFL games live using NFL Redzone, or catch up on other sports that are available on FOX College Sports, GOLTV, FOX Soccer Plus, MAVTV Motorsports Network, TVG, and Stadium. Premium content channels like HBO, Showtime and STARZ are also available for your viewing pleasure.

One of the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, opens onto a beautiful balcony, perfect for your morning cup of coffee or maybe some yoga while you breathe in the ocean breeze. Top floor offers two bedrooms each with queen beds, bedside tables and large smart TV in one room. There is a full bath each on top floor and 1st floor. Lower Level offers one bedroom with a queen bed and another room with two twins (trundle). Both bedrooms have their own walk out. It also has a half bathroom in that floor. The full 1st floor is kitchen and living area which also has a gas fired fireplace. The house has central air conditioning, central heat, washer-dryer, wireless high speed internet, outdoor hot/cold shower.

For the guests who also have to work during their stay, there is a dedicated work table along with a laser B&W printer that is available for your use.

There is an outdoor firepit for s'mores after dinner , also a great place to relax with a drink. The living area opens up to a large deck ample seating and a Weber gas grill for those perfect barbecue recipes that you've been waiting to try out this summer. The renowned "Cape Cod Rail Trail" bike trail is close by. This home is for those who love to be outside. With 5 glass slider doors leading to outside, you will never feel closed in. Open the doors and let the air in, be one with nature. When tired, kids can spend fun hours on the Air Hockey Table that has a DC motor for even, cool air flow across the tabletop and a digital and electronic led scoring system with a built-in score tracker and puck dispenser.

Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge, so you can focus less on packing and more for planning your time in Wellfleet. Multitude of award ranging restaurants are clustered nearby including the famous BeachComber at Cahoon Hollow.

Cape Cod has been our every year destination for summer and we have renovated and decorated our house with a lot of sweat, love and care. The indoor fireplace in the living room, obviously will be fully available for your warmth and comfort. The Outdoor shower will also be unavailable. Kid's swing-set will be available.

One last item to point out. Summer Stays: Please note that from mid June to end of August, stays are only permitted for multiple of seven days. Check-in is only on Saturdays and check-outs also are only on Saturdays. Any instant booking for mid June to August with check-outs on any day besides Saturday will be cancelled. All other time, minimum stay is 3 days and check-in and check-out can be any day of the week.

One last item to point out for winter stays is snow. Cape, because of the geography, traditionally doesn't get much snow, even if say Boston is snowed in. There are instances though, when it has received heavy snow. But because of normally low snow in outer Cape, snow cleaning services are quite unreliable, hard to get and can take quite some time to show up. In the event, we get a snow storm during your stay, I would definitely try my level best to ensure that the snow cleaner gets there as quickly as possible, but I wanted to set some expectations, that the snow cleaner's schedule during that time becomes very unpredictable. A four wheel drive also might be best if there is a prediction of snow storm during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
