This property is in a good location downtown close to dining and the river trail. It’s got a nice lobby but hallways, rooms, carpets etc… very old and cramped. I was in a room directly outside the elevator and looking onto a roof, heating/cooling equipment….

Have stayed at this property many times in the past. Hotel is not bad, but there was a car with druggies living in the back parking lot in a car. I mentioned it to hotel staff as I has to walk my dog to relieve itself and was uncomfortable with this situation.. they said there was nothing they could do. So not ok.. call the police, tell them to move on.. I took down names of other hotels in the area bc of this..

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but I’m not convinced our room was cleaned prior to us arriving. The shower had hair and debris in it, a razor cap, and the toilet also had hair all over it. The cups next to the ice container were dirty, and the drawer inside the nightstand had an empty condom wrapper and empty chip wrapper (not from us.)

Great stay

Second stay at this hotel. Was greeted warmly by staff. Room was clean and larger than expected. Breakfast had a Covid feel to it, grab and go options like microwave breakfast andwiches, yogurts and hard boiled eggs. Surrounding area was nice, the public market is a short walk. Good running area
