Walk to beach. 2/10ths mile to a beach on Bass River and walking distance to West Dennis Beach. Gated child safe back yard. This home has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has central air conditioning. It is located within walking distance to West Dennis beach and to Bass River- perfect for swimming and boating! There are three bedrooms on one floor with a comfortable living room and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating for 12 people. There is a deck off the the dining area with ample seating and a view of the beautiful gated back yard.

The gated back yard has an enclosed outdoor shower and a beautiful patio for outdoor dining with plenty of seating , a gas grill and a firepit.

There are three more bedrooms on the ground floor with a large family room and a laundry and a large 2 car garage with a ping pong table for family fun

The house was just what our group of 10 needed. The two floors of A/C living space gave our kids and grandkids their own space (when needed)! The property was in a great location, very close to West Dennis Beach, We also walked to the private small beach on the Bass River which was great for the 3 year old. It was a great vacation!

6 Old Field Road

This house is well appointed for groups. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. and loads of shatterproof glasses and plates as well as microwaveable dishware. There are 2 baby gates. The neighborhood is very pleasant and conducive to walking. The walk to West Dennis Beach takes about 20 minutes through residential areas and is a flat walk. There is also a drop off area at the beach. It’s a quick drive to many great restaurants and family friendly activities. We would stay here again.

Cape Vacation in West Dennis

This rental property met all of our needs for an extended family vacation for 12 people! The outdoor shower was just what we needed after a day at the beach with 5 children. The fenced backyard was the perfect place for our crew to get their energy out within the safe confines of the backyard. The fire pit was great for s'mores our favorite dessert! The MVP was the back deck which is in the shade from mid afternoon on...It is protected from the wind, private while having a view of the passing traffic of the neighborhood! Love West Dennis Beach!!

The house was great; like two in one. Good spaces for our 4 families. The little beach and fishing were wonderful for the young ones. West Dennis Beach was one of the best. The water was 75-80
.amazing! We did backwards beach days, getting there at 3:45

Family reunion

Our second time here as a family. The place is very roomy and clean. Worked perfect for 3 families! Walking distance to beach, bars, boats so nice area. Only knock and it’s not on the house it’s west Dennis beach is not great. Mayflower is so much better! That’s a short drive. Also, wish linens were included that is a pain. Would definitely recommend.

Fanatastic stay

This was a perfect place to stay for my large family. The layout is great to have older ones on one level and little ones on another to avoid them being kept awake. House is solid and noise does not travel at all throughout. Central AC was perfect. Enclosed private yard for the kids to run and play. Firepit was perfect. Super short walk to small beach with jungle gym for kids. About a 10 minute walk to beach but totally worth it. Very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend.

West Dennis Vacation

Great week at the Cape! The house was in a very nice neighborhood with 0.7 mile walk to West Dennis beach and 20 min drive to Mayflower beach. Plenty of room for our group of 10 with the 6 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, and A/C. Kitchen was well stocked, indoor table seated 10 and also a nice patio, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space for parking and close to Rte 28. Highly recommend this house with 3 Bdrs up and 3 Bdrs down.

As a family we were very privileged to have relatives who lived on the Cape and have had many happy holidays there. We were a little apprehensive about renting as we did not know what to expect but the house was absolutely fabulous. There was everything available to make the house home from home. This immaculate 6 BR, 2.5 bath house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. The outdoor shower was a novelty for the kids. The living room and dining room were spacious enough for family meals and game nights. The finished walk-out cellar was ideal for the kids to access the spacious fenced-in manicured back yard for some outdoor running around time. Beautiful West Dennis Beach is convenient and a short walk.

Nice vacation

Home was as pictured. Very clean upon arrival. Check in was easy and the property manager was pleasant. The beach was ok but you will have to walk. No parking unless you are a resident. It’s only a 15 minute walk but that’s a lot when your carrying things. The small private beach worked better for us. It was actually walking distance away. We did however lose internet which was a huge problem because someone had to work one day from home while there. It wasn’t fixed. We were without it for a few days. Overall the home worked perfectly for family. If your looking for a laid back vacation this is the spot. Not a lot going on around it but we ultimately went to relax and enjoy family time.
