Enjoy Cape Cod living at its best with this seaside get-a-way. This gorgeous beach-side paradise has undergone a complete, high-quality renovation at the beginning 2023. With an incredible location – just a 5min walk to the beach – you will fall in love this one-of-a-kind home as you relax and enjoy the salty breeze!

A charming seaside neighborhood, “The Fingers” of West Dennis, is a family-oriented community with white picket fences, clam shell driveways, and cedar shingled homes. Watch the sailboats launch from the West Dennis Yacht Club as you walk to the beach. Have lunch at the snack bar so you can spend the whole day lounging in the sand and playing in the ocean. Head to the Sand Bar for drinks at happy hour on your walk home to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

After walking back from the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Then enjoy the large, private backyard where the kids can play whiffle ball! You can use the gas grill to whip up burgers for dining on the oversized, fully furnished deck or head out to many of the fantastic restaurants in the area. Don’t forget to stop at Sundae School for ice cream on your way home!

The sparkling new, spacious kitchen has all the amenities and appliances you could ever want. For meals, gather around the large dining room table or sit on the barstools at the marble kitchen island. Then head to the beautifully furnished, sun-drenched living room with twenty-foot-high cathedral ceilings, two massive skylights, and a 65-inch flat screen HDTV for movie night.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 people with three bedrooms and one bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third room has a double bed and a bunk bed.

Our New Favorite Spot on the Cape

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the incredible food and beautiful beaches to the laid-back atmosphere, the Cape never disappoints, it’s truly one of our favorite places to unwind. This home made our trip even more memorable. It was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Our host went above and beyond. They were always responsive, thoughtful, and kept us well informed every step of the way. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free.We honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. When we come back to the Cape, this will be our first choice, highly recommended!

We had a great week in this home. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The proximity to West Dennis beach was perfect. Very short walk. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and biking. Great choice for our family.

Problems

Checked in Saturday beautiful house spent Saturday unpacking filling fridge and freezer nice evening,woke up Sunday realizing the fridge doesn’t work called owner spent Sunday filling coolers luckily my wife’s sister lives in Dennis and could put some of the meat and fish we brought down in her freezer the rest we had to grill which became another problem since the propane ran out and there was no second tank , temporary fridge came Monday left in the box in the kitchen which was a problem since we are in our 70’s couldn’t use it till Tuesday cause it needs to be empty while it gets cool not enough room for all our stuff . We ended up throwing away food that couldn’t be saved. New fridge came Thursday afternoon had to wait till Friday to use it. So we basically spent most of the first week dealing with that . Amenities were supposed to include paper towels there was 1 roll ,toilet paper 1roll ,propane grill ran out 3rd day of 2week stay cost of stay was $8,000 . I would think we should receive some kind of refund how do we go about this

Must dos to make it even better

Clean and comfortable house in a great location!! We just have a few suggestions as we have been renting on the Cape for 25 years. -instruction book with trash, lawn service info, recycling and contact info would be helpful - provided towels did not include wash and hand towels - a larger pot for cooking seafood would have been a plus - mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful when bathroom in use - hooks would be beneficial in rooms or outside to dry towels - check in (4 pm) and check out ( 9:30 am) - these times were late and early which cuts Saturday out on both ends of the stay - screens would be nice to help keep bugs out - didn’t need a/c every day Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!!

Location!

I stayed at this home during the 4th of July week with my husband, 1.5 year old twin boys, and 16 and 12 year old daughters. The home has been beautifully renovated. The location is perfect - quiet neighborhood to go on walks to check out all the picturesque cape cod homes/ beautiful landscapes, and a short walk to the beach which has a snack bar and playground. The only part I didn’t like was the annoying tiny flies but believe that just comes with the time of year. Great restaurants (our favorite was the Yarmouth house), mini golf , and shopping in the area. The homeowners were very responsive which was super helpful when the (new!) fridge stopped working- they got someone out to repair it same day on a holiday weekend! Just based on other places I’ve stayed I would just recommend things like extra paper towels, cleaning products, laundry detergent, beach towels, wine opener (ha), etc. we were the first renters so just sending along suggestions!! Overall a great place to stay!
