3 bedroom, 2 level townhouse. Close to Gosford Central, Hospital and Central Coast Stadium and all that the Central Coast has to offer, such as beaches, parks, lakes, shops and restaurants... This comfortable home is perfect for families or temporary workers in the area.
The property has a large kitchen with full amenities, outdoor area with barbecue, and a cosy living area.
Gosford is the major business centre on the Central Coast with many NSW Governments department offices located there. There is also a major regional hospital nearby as well as the Gosford Train Station with fast connections to Sydney. The townhouse is situated a 10 minute walk to central Gosford but also to Brisbane Waters a inland bay ideally suited to Sailing, Fishing, SUP and Sailboarding.
Automobile is the most practical way to get around on the central coast, however the railway station is a 15 minute walk away and the Gosford CBD is only 10 minutes away and there are some great walking, running and cycling tracks just down the street.
