Just a 0.3 mile walk from the beach, our home in West Harwich has been in the family more than 40 years, but everything has been completely renovated since 2022 - brand new kitchen and bathroom, all new appliances, central air and even an addition. It comfortably sleeps six, with a queen bed in the master and two other bedrooms, each with two twin beds. It features a beautifully landscaped, private outdoor living space, with a large deck, oversize table, plenty of comfy outdoor seating, firepit and a new gas grill, all sure to make for beautiful Cape Cod evenings. It’s a quiet spot for a morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine, and plenty of lush lawn for games and running around. The enclosed outdoor shower is spacious and perfect for just rinsing off after the beach or for a more leisurely bathing experience in the afternoon sun. There is a claw-foot tub in the upstairs bathroom for a relaxing soak and an accessible, glass shower in the downstairs bathroom. There are also two indoor living areas – a sunroom and the main living room – each with a large-screen TV. And if you MUST work while on vacation, there is high speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a desk.

Guests will have access to EVERYTHING on the property! And unlike many Cape Cod rentals, we’ll provide linens and bath towels. Please just bring your own beach towels.

During your stay, you’ll have direct access to the property owners Jen and Will if you need any help at all. The front door has a keypad lock, and code will be shared the day before check-in.

Dogs are welcome. We ask that you respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise down after 10 pm. No pets other than dogs, please.
