Kitchen – fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, regular drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Seating at dining table and kitchen island
Living Room – Queen sleeper sofa, smart TV (streaming logins not provided), gas fireplace.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private New River access, fire pit by the river, covered rocking chair porch, second screened in porch with picnic table and extra seating, and a LARGE yard perfect for kids and fido!

Dogs Welcome! Must be well behaved, leash/crate trained, 2 years or older and 45lbs or less. $50 / per pet. 2 dog limits.
