This house is very functional for a large family/group! We had 7 kids 8 years old and younger and the pool area felt very secure with the lock systems and doors. Very nice area of town and beautiful views. The host was very responsive when questions were asked.

We had a good time, because we were able to spend time together all in one place, it's hard to find a venue that could accommodate so we were excited when we found this home. Unfortunately, we have to say that we were disappointed when the description of "Luxury" was not accurate. We can fully understand an older home with add-ons to accommodate a large group, but the home has not been upkept. Upon arrival, the floors were not washed and carpeting was stained. The dryer was full of towels that we ended up folding and dispersing to the washrooms ourselves. Some of the furniture is outdated, stained and torn making us uncomfortable to use. The lighting is poor in the central living room so we didn't really use that space. We were also hoping that by pre-communicating with the host about the importance of the pool and hot tub being fully functional upon our arrival, and his assurance it would be, we were 2 out of 4 days without heat in the pool. The hot tub was also only half full of water, and we ended up filling with pots of hot water so we could use it. Other than those items, we had speedy and gracious communication from the host.

Location is a very far drive from downtown town but the listing is honest about needing a car. Views are amazing so that makes up for the drive! Some landscaping or tree trimming to help with the view is needed. Some furniture is worn down especially the out door furniture but overall everything was clean and in working order. The temp control in the house isn’t great as some rooms were extremely hot and others were cold (maybe we were doing something wrong to control temp). The pool could stand to be between 82-85 degrees maybe just my personal preference but 80 degrees for an indoor pool is pretty chilly for anyone I think. The house is missing a broom as we could only find a dust pan just for future reference not sure if it had just broke or something with a previous renter and there would normally be one. Overall it was amazing and I would still give 5 stars.

This was our second stay at Rosehill Estate and it was perfect for our whole family (13 people). Check-in was very smooth - they went above and beyond. And communication was excellent during our entire stay. The views are absolutely stunning and the house, especially the kitchen, is equipped with everything visitors could need. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub - you don’t need to leave the estate unless you want to. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

Wonderful time in West Kelowna

We had a fantastic stay in this West Kelowna house with 4 couples. The views were stunning—saw eagles and deer right from the patio! The indoor pool and sauna were a hit, and we spent hours in the game room with the pool and foosball tables. The BBQ was huge and perfect for group dinners, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too—close to amazing wineries and we even went cherry picking just 10 minutes away. A few small repairs are needed, but overall it was a great spot for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends!

Work & Wine Vacation

I was on a mission to bring Okanagan wine to Las Vegas and invited close friends to accompany me because I knew the region was simply gorgeous! Ryan & Yolanda's home was ideal in terms of location, midpoint between the center of town across the bridge and its proximity to the Oliver wine region where I did most of my work. The views were magnificent. The home is a little dated BUT, it felt very welcoming, clean, had just the right amenities to keep everyone busy. Beautiful home and view!

Had a great stay at Rosehill Estate. Plenty of rooms and washrooms. The views were amazing! If you’re not interested in being right downtown this is a great place for you. If you have plans to go downtown just plan ahead to book urides and plan for traffic on the bridge. Would stay again

Memories to last a lifetime

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this property! Our family gathered here for a surprise 80th birthday celebration for our dad, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. One of the biggest highlights was having my brother, his wife, and their children fly in all the way from Israel as a surprise, making this the first time in many years that our entire family was together under one roof.This space was perfect! The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We shared meals, laughter, and countless memories, all in a space that felt like home.The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were the highlight of our stay for the kiddos! From young ones, right up to our teens! The games room kept all the kids entertained and having a blast the entire time, which was such a gift for the adults, too!The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Anytime we had a question or needed help with anything, they responded promptly and made sure we were well taken care of. Their attentiveness truly added to the experience.This was one of the best family gatherings we’ve ever had, and this home played such a huge part in that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place to create lifelong memories.

Group get away

This property was ideal for our group get away .There was ample room for all10 of us lots to keep everyone interested from the pool sauna hottub games room I would definitely recommend it. The host are very accommodating and easy to reach for any incidentals We are already talking about rebooking again.The only down side it could use a good spring cleaning
