- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- Parking is available for 8 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed. We recommend arriving in a high-clearance vehicle, such as an SUV or AWD, as the final portion of the drive is along a dirt road. Sedans may have difficulty navigating this section.

Trash Service

For your convenience, please place all trash in the black bins located outside the garage.

Trash collection takes place on Mondays.



Outdoor Grill

The grill is designed for use with natural lump charcoal.

Charcoal is provided on the back porch, though guests are welcome to bring their preferred charcoal for use.



Kayaks & Equipment

Kayak paddles are stored in the garage for easy access during your stay.

Arrival & Navigation

This home is privately situated in a peaceful, tucked-away setting.

 For the most seamless arrival experience, we recommend using the Waze app, as it provides the most accurate directions to the property.



Outdoor Living Care

To preserve the outdoor furnishings, please store all patio couch covers in the deck storage container each evening.

Due to occasional winds, this helps ensure they remain in excellent condition for your stay and future guests.



For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front door and garage. There are no cameras inside the home.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
