Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house for a family of five or less. We have stayed at this home for four summers and always enjoy going back. The back deck looks out over Lewis Bay and it is a spectacular spot for a post beach cocktail and dinner. The only downside is that there are only two spots for parking and there is no parking on the street so if you want to have guests over, they need to park down the street at the public beach parking lot and walk to the house.

Excellent rental in West Yarmouth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 4th summer we have rented this home and we love coming back here. The view of Lewis Bay is amazing and the back patio is great for eating outside. The house is close to good restaurants and things for kids to do like miniature golf. The outdoor shower is fantastic and the kitchen has pretty much anything you would need if you want to make your own meals. The only downside is that there are only two parking spots so if you want to have visitors, they have to park at the public lot down the street and make a short five minute walk to the house. Other than that, it’s an ideal summer rental.
