3 bedroom house located 1.7 miles from the beautiful Westerly Beaches. Large yard for cookouts. New patio has been installed with barbecue island, fire pit, outside shower and a 6 person hot tub. There is 2 car garage for plenty of secured storage for jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. House has 2 family rooms with smart tv’s, the lower level family room has a wood burning stove. House sleeps 10 with the two brand new queen sleeper sofas with mattresses just added. House has 1.5 bathrooms with the outdoor shower for additional showering capabilities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash day is on Thursdays ( very early ) so put trash out Wednesday night. Recycle is every other week , put out if bin is over 1/2 full.
Leave house as you found it, no moving of furniture, etc . Any damage is to be reported immediately. There is a camera inside that can be turned off by sliding cover over. Please turn back on
Turn a/c to 75 degrees in summer time Heat to 65 during winter months Hot tub heat turned to 80 degrees , and cover lid fastened
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

House is to be left as you found it, which is clean and orderly. If "extra" cleaning is needed there will be a charge accessed.
No food or beverages in the beds or bedrooms. Damage done to any furniture or home will occur a fee for damages.
All activities on the patio are to done by 10pm , including hot tub , firepit , etc . Out of respect for our neighbors

Great Vacation Spot!

This is a great spot for a family vacation—super clean house with an amazing fire pit/grill/ hot tub area in the back. Close to beaches and convenient for coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Accurate description from the owner—and communication with the owner was easy and always responded fast with answers to all our questions.

Great central location

This home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Westerly. The location is central to many stores, restaurants, and beaches. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time, especially grilling outside in the yard and enjoying the fire pit.

Great Location

Your home worked out nicely for our weekend needs. We enjoyed the outdoor living space. The kitchen was not stocked very well for in house cooking and I felt that it could of been a little more clean. Cobwebs,dead spiders in bedrooms. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend.

Perfect family getaway

Couldn't of asked for a better host then Matt. Perfect vacation getaway for our family and inlaws family. The house is huge with plenty of beds. In a safe and family neighborhood. A mile from the beaches, and a few miles from Mystic. We will be coming back next year, thanks again!

Memorial Day Stay

Matthew was an awesome host with a beautiful property. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach which was amazing and one minute away from Walmart! He responded extremely quickly when I had any questions and I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Matthew! ☺️

Its very quiet. Mr. Donovan is a quick responsive owner. But i believe it only accommodates 6 person, i check to see if couches turn into sofa beds but they did not. But besides that it was a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect R&R weekend

This property was exactly what was said online. The property was in a perfect location as you had Walmart right around the corner, and you had the Thirsty Beaver and a pizza place literally right at the end of the street. We visited Watch Hill, Wakefield downtown, Burlingame State Park and Misquamicut Beach area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.
