Absolutely amazing no fault at all will be definitely staying again and as we both have disabilities our room was very close. And next time we can get free parking and hopefully close as we had to park otherend but we didnt know about the free Parking Keith was a nice Gent

The room was unfit for 4 people, one bed was like a mattress on the floor which with the rooms allowing dogs is definitely unsafe as my children have asthma and pet hair can upset their asthma, the room only had 1 towel and 2 cups for a booking of four people. And lots of other things that we've had to complain about and waiting for a reply from hotel manager.

Child's bed right next to a very hot radiator. Which is absolutely unsafe and dangerous and against all safety regulations. And like a dog bed as a mattress on the floor of pet friendly room which is not as described, when booked.
