Summary:
Our super period apartment is located a short walk from Weston sea front and town centre. Beautifully renovated it now offers a super base for your break in this wonderful part of the world. Lovely bright west facing living room, beautifully appointed double bedroom and further single bedroom. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom and private parking space. Comfortably furnished with all you will need for a short break.

The Space:
Our apartment is on the first floor, accessed via a private entrance. We have a spacious lounge diner with glorious west facing bay window. The main bedroom has another large bay and we have a family bathroom, kitchen with all you will need and further single bedroom. The property has gas central heating and double glazing. Although we do not have a washing machine ( the one in the photo does not work ) there is a launderette over the road. There is a private off road parking space for one vehicle. On street parking is freely available as well.

Not suitable for toddlers as on the first floor with open stairway.

No pets and no smoking

Guest Access:
You will have the whole property to yourselves.

The Neighborhood:
We are a few minutes walk from the fabulous sea front at Weston Super Mare with its famous pier. We are also close to the shops in the town centre.

Other Things to Note:
Not suitable for toddlers as on the first floor with open stairway.
No washing machine ( the one in the photo does not work ) There is a laundrette over the road.
NO SMOKING
NO PETS

Interaction with Guests:
We wont be around for your stay but use an Airbnb management company, Roost, to look after everything for us. Please be aware we use the property ourselves so we do keep some belongings there - this wont impact on your enjoyment of the property though.
