the property was very close to central village. We were at Aava at the end of June of 2025. Not a mountain biker but they are set up with a wash station and tools.

Very clean and spacious room, good location, and helpful and polite staff. What I did not like was the paper-thin walls; you could not sleep well, and there were no bathrobes in the room to use the hot tub on the premises.

Given the cost per night (which is comparable to the Westin), this Hotel over charges. The walls are thin, every noise can be heard; the neighbour, every door opening, people walking down the corridor. The doors are such poor quality and flimsy, they bang and rattle when opening and closing. The toilet flushes so loudly - it’s really aggressive. The bed is so soft and uncomfortable. I woke not at all rested, and with a sore back. The reception looks dog-eared. The seats have all bottomed out and the fabric is cracked or stained. The welcome mats at reception are dirty. All in, this was a pretty poor quality stay.

In the main I was very pleased with all aspects of the Hotel and my stay there. It met my expectations (other than lack of fitness facilities due to refurbishment), and is conveniently located very close to the main shopping area. All in all, would visit again and would recommend.

Great stay

Easy check in. Heater Pool, hot tub and sauna are great. The hotel is a five minute walk from the main village so you get more peace and quiet… unless you have noisy neighbours.

Our room was on the ground floor at the end of the hall. We liked that the room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located to village yet far enough from crowds. However the walls are thin and we could hear people’s conversations in the room next to us, as well as the people walking above our suite.

It was a solid 3- star hotel. My only complaint was the noisy-ness of the sheets. I’m not sure what material they are, but my daughter tosses and turns a lot at night and the noise was quite noticeable and woke up the rest of the family
