The unit was very nice, clean and exactly as advertized. My communication with Blackcomb peaks beforehand was excellent. Check in and parking was very easy and explained well. The building had a problem with the hot water for 24 hours which was difficult for us as we were using that 2 days as a rest and regroup (laundry, showering, cleaning dishes) btn two camping trips. I did get in a shower before the problem started, but my kids did not and the dishes were understandably not cleaned by the dishwasher as there was no hot water. Blackcomb peaks did send a text after we'd checked out to say the hot water was back on, but it would have been helpful to receive a text right when the problem started so we knew it was not just our unit and that they were aware of the problem and working to fix it. I hand washed as many of our dishes as I could and left Blackcomb peaks a message to let them know we were having trouble. Maybe a small percentage refund as it was quite an inconvenience during a vacation.
