The Space:

Step outside to the private patio. After a day on the mountain, unwind in one of the inviting hot tubs or float beneath the stars in the heated outdoor pool.Snow-dusted evergreens frame the view as you step inside, where quiet warmth and soft light set the tone after a day on the mountain. Boots come off, the fireplace flickers on, and the pace slows as you settle into a space designed for winter comfort.



Living Space

This entire condo is set within The Aspens at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering slopeside access and a calm retreat between outdoor excursions. The home is single level with elevator access, making arrival and daily movement easy. Large windows and vaulted ceilings bring in natural light while maintaining a cozy feel throughout the colder months.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to sleep up to four guests, the layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. From here, you can step directly out to a private patio for a quiet moment in the crisp mountain air. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and is conveniently located near a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Living spaces

The open living area invites you to unwind after skiing or winter walks. Comfortable seating surrounds the TV, and the indoor fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere on cold evenings. The sense of openness created by the ceiling height and windows balances comfort with space, making it easy to relax together without feeling crowded.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen supports everything from simple breakfasts before first tracks to leisurely dinners back at home. The dining table seats six, giving you room to gather for meals, games, or planning the next day’s route. The adjacent patio includes a BBQ and outdoor furniture, offering an option for fresh-air moments even in winter conditions when weather allows.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Ski-in/ski-out access connects you to the mountain without driving, and the complex’s heated outdoor pool and shared hot tubs provide a welcome way to recover sore muscles under winter skies. A gym is available on-site, along with secure ski and mountain bike storage. An elevator serves the building, and a private entrance leads directly into the home.

The condo includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace for those balancing remote work with time outdoors. Parking options include free street parking as well as a paid parking garage on the premises with one space. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival straightforward.

Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, The Aspens places you close to lifts while remaining slightly removed from village crowds. The Upper Village is about a 10-minute walk or a short ride on the free village shuttle, where dining, cafĂ©s, and shops are easily within reach. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services.



The Neighborhood:

The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out complex nestled near the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering unparalleled access to the slopes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Upper Village, where a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options await.

‱ Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.

‱ Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

Great Summer Spot

Had a great stay here. The location was great, a short bike to town, lakes, etc. The pool was also a hit with the family. It was a bit hot in the evenings, being on the top floor without A/C. But the unit had several fans so was ok.

Wonderful condo. Beautiful view of the entire courtyard. Well equipped kitchen and the vaulted ceilings make the area feel large. Only thing I would say it needs is some A/C. It was low 90s out (hottest days of the year) and the afternoon sun baked us.

Great stay! Exactly as shown. Perfect location and loved being able to take the short walk down to the Village. Very clean and nicely equipped. Whistler Platinum was great to deal with and they make check-in a breeze with the email instructions and codes etc. I would stay again (family of four).

Genuine comfort in prime location

Perfectly clean and comfortable unit. There was plenty of space for family of four. Onsite parking, great pools and hot tubs. Lots of owners/longer term renters. Extremely responsive and accommodating management. Would have been incredible mid-season skiing out to Blackcomb - even late season lots of dining options within walking distance and easy to get to Whistler Village.

Solid ski-in/out stay

Enjoyed our ski week at Blackcomb in this Aspens unit. Clean, comfortable, gated access right onto the hill. Far enough from the 3 hot tubs to be quiet enough in the evening. Galley kitchen tight but works for two. Used the common laundry facilities and parking was easy (at extra cost).

Great Spot to Stay When Skiing at Whistler

You get a code and go straight to your room without having to do any checkin. There’s lots of parking in an underground lot. The place is about 100 yards up the slope from the Blackcomb gondola, so it’s almost as convenient as it gets. There’s a complimentary ski valet on the property. We could walk to restaurants at night. Nice rooms and living room. Exactly what we wanted.

We had a fantastic time in Whistler The condo is perfectly situated to give you privacy from all the noise of the village but close enough to still enjoy all the hustle and bustle. Loved the heated pool and hottubs.

Perfect summer stay in Whistler

We really enjoyed our week in this perfect condo. It was immaculately clean. The photos of the property and the unit were exact so we arrived and saw what we’d been expecting. The location is great in the upper village, quiet but still close to everything. We were having trouble working one of the tv’s in the bedroom and the response from the property manager was prompt and it was resolved straight away. We loved swimming in the pool and it was also very clean and so refreshing on those hot summer days. We will definitely be back and this unit is where we will stay. We loved the high ceilings, comfortable bed and the Sonos music player. Perfect getaway!!!

The Aspens - Fantastic Location

We had a great stay at The Aspens. With a convenient location that allowed us a short walk to the base at Blackcomb and a little further stroll to Whistler Village, we logged 50+ miles of walks and hikes to Lost Lake, Green Lake, Alta Lake and dinner in Whistler Village. We were in Whistler for the EWS80 race which coincided with Crankworx, which added a level of excitement to our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the perfect location for our family. We used the pools & hot tubs + the bike cage.

This place is great for those that like quiet, but also want to be right on the slopes for any mountain biking or skiiing. Just a quick hop skip and a jump away is the Four Seasons and Fairmont, so you're never far from a great meal either.

Great Suite!

We have stayed in many suites at the Aspens, and this is the nicest one we’ve had the pleasure to stay in. Huge vaulted ceilings and bright, airy windows and patio doors make this suite feel a lot bigger than it is. Top floor in the building that is quiet and peaceful. Nice view of the pool and courtyard. Suite is nicely appointed and kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfortable. The location of the Aspens can’t be beat, right on the base of Blackcomb ski hill. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The location of the unit is great and is within walking distance to everything. You can see the gondola going up and down the mountain from the room
