Construction Notice - April to October 2025 (Updated as of August 2025)

Please be aware that the Blackcomb Greens Complex will undergo a major parkade renovation starting in April 28th. During this time:

• The common area hot tub will be closed.
• Final landscaping work to be completed during August and September.
• Construction may be seen from the living room windows and balcony.

Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.

One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
