Excellent Location

Kim's place is at the most convenient location, right cross the street from the Market Place. It is on the quiet side of the complex. The beds are super comfortable, and Kitchen is well equipped. Kim responded to my request very quickly most of the time. Would love to stay again next time.

Happy New year getaway

We took a chance to do a last minute booking for a property in Whistler for New Year’s eve and was very lucky to have found this space. Our family was comfortable in sleeping arrangements and kitchen had everything we needed.

The condo was nice , property seemed well kept up. The pool and hot tub where nice. The actual condo unit has a few items that need addressed. The lamp in master bed room next to the bed won't turn on the knob is broken , the curtain in same bed has a big red stain on it like someone spilled a drink. The upstairs bath shower curtain is not big enough to keep the water from getting out. Towel just fell off the wall. Easy to fix items but for $800 for 2 night these should be fixed. Had a great time in whistler. Condo location close to village. Overall a nice stay

Comfortable and convenient

We are a family of 7: 4adults and 3 kids. We had a comfortable night at this property and hope to come back sometimes in the future. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen ware. Thanks Kim for the extra bed which made all the difference for a good night sleep.

Good location, nice stay!

Great location! The condo itself is nice - a bit dated - but definitely met expectations. If you have young kids you'll need to do a sweep of the place: there are knives in low drawers that are easily accessible, no gates available to put on the staircase, etc. I've stayed in spots that have small highchairs/pack and plays available, which would have been nice since it's noted as "family friendly," but again, not expected. The only "con" was that access instructions for the condo weren't sent in advance - but the manager was very responsive and sent them immediately after I emailed - and the garage key was not in the condo as described. Again, a facility man brought them quickly, but it wasn't fun to lug two small kids and a bunch of luggage through the pouring rain trying to find the building (which you can't drive right up to). Other than those minor initial hiccups, the stay was nice and I'd recommend.

Cozy downstairs, great upstairs

Overall, worked perfectly for our group. The downstairs really is quite cozy, and I really wouldn't recommend trying to sleep/live with more than 5 adults in here, however for a group of 4 or 5 it's perfect. The spa right across the courtyard was a perfect way to start the evenings and the kitchen was well stocked for making dinners and breakfast. Only real complaints are that the condo is on a hot water tank, so if you're doing laundry and trying to take a few showers at once, you'll probably run out of water. The condo requires a (albeit quick) shuttle to get to the gondola, or else a 10 minute walk. Lastly, watch out if you have a large car! We drove up in a larger pickup truck (not lifted or anything aftermarket though), and it cleared the garage by only an inch or so, and the turning space in the garage was not sufficient. Whistler doesn't seem to have a lot of availability for flexible remote parking, so I'd really make sure not to drive up in anything bigger than a medium-sized SUV unless you really enjoy threading the needle in a tight parking garage. Overall a decent spot and would be happy to stay here again.

Five adults stayed comfortably in this nice, quiet, close to everything condo. All the comforts are home, including washer/dryer, full kitchen and plenty of room for all of us. Property Manager was available prior to our visit and quick to respond to our pre-visit questions. We highly recommend

Central all around，easy to get to，amazing hot tub

Kim was very kind，the place was perfect for a few friends and I over the weekend. The patio was nice for fresh air，the couches and dining room table were comfortable and accomdating，the upstairs bathroom was large like an upscale hotel room. As well as the main bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the greenery. We had a great experience overall!

Great condo and great location

Condo was everything we needed. Kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils you could need. Host was had good communication and provided detailed instructions for the condo and directions for arrival. Hot tub was also great. We had 6 people and there were beds for all but the pull-out trundle bed in the second bedroom was not very comfortable which is the only reason we didn't give it a 5 out of 5. Great value for the price we paid.
