The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the slopes as you arrive, the forest quiet under fresh snow and the mountains rising in every direction. Inside, warmth gathers around fireplaces and sunlit windows, while outside you are steps from ski-in/ski-out access and the private gondola connecting you directly to Creekside. Days unfold with ease here - mornings on the mountain, afternoons in the hot tub, evenings gathered fireside as the snow falls beyond the glass.



Sleeping arrangements

The chalet is designed for comfort and privacy across its 4 bedrooms and additional nanny room, all thoughtfully arranged for groups traveling together. On the upper level, the primary suite offers a king bed, a sitting area with gas fireplace, a private deck, and an ensuite with heated floors, a soaking bath, a double vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower. A second primary holds a four-poster king bed, scenic views, a private deck, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom features a double bed and a loft with another double bed, paired with an ensuite bath with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom includes a sitting area and a full ensuite. A nanny room provides a single bed and TV with its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and a fifth bathroom with steam shower awaits on the lower level.



Outdoor living

Winter settles beautifully across the grounds, where a private outdoor pool - heated and available year-round - offers a rare alpine experience. The hot tub overlooks mountain scenery, creating a peaceful place to unwind after skiing. The outdoor fire pit provides an inviting setting for quiet evenings, while the private entrance, garage parking, and EV charger add comfort and seclusion throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for gathering, with Caesarstone counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and everything you need for home cooking. A wooden breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table accommodates ten for shared meals. The adjacent BBQ area is available year-round for those who enjoy cooking outdoors even in crisp winter air.



Entertainment & wellness

After a day on the slopes, the home offers multiple ways to unwind. Settle into the media room with surround sound, enjoy a game in the billiards room, or spend time in the workout space equipped with a treadmill and elliptical. Indoor fireplaces add ambiance on winter evenings, while the Control4 Bluetooth sound system brings music throughout the home.



Ski access & neighborhood

Ski-out trails lead from nearby access points to the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, connecting you to the base of the Creekside Gondola. Ski-in access returns you close to the private Kadenwood gondola, offering a direct and effortless link to Creekside Village. Here, you can explore dining and shops before returning to the quiet privacy of the chalet.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

‱ Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.

‱ Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.

‱ Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

‱ Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

Very nice property. Pictures online are good, property is more impressive in person. All rooms are spacious. We traditionally stay in Whistler Village but decided to try Creekside on this trip. The private Gondola is quite convenient for skiing and property is a very short walk to lift. A rental car is a must as road up to property is winding and we drove into village each night for dinner (about ten minutes). We enjoyed the space as we had six in our party using four bedrooms. Excellent experience and would stay again! My only suggestion would be to leave better instructions for technology in the house. If you know control4 it is no problem, but if not, the lights and media can be confusing.

We have a large family. This property provided everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The pool, movie room and open concept layout was great. The access to the private gondola cut lineups for skiing. Absolutely will be returning!

What a place

The photos on the website don't do this magnificent house justice. It's more beautiful than we ever imagined. The views of Alta lake and valley are stunning and viewable from most of the house. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed every feature this place offered including billiards table, media room and the huge soaring spaces. It was incredible. The older kids loved the loft bedroom. The private gondola for the Kadenwood neighborhood is amazing as well. While we stayed in summer, the ski access is also impressive. Also, Whistler Platinum is the very best property management company ever. They are so polite and prompt with help. I strongly recommend this house.
