The Space:

Soft flakes drift past the evergreens as you settle beside the fire, the hush of the Benchlands blanketing the world outside. After carving your way down Whistler’s famed slopes, the quiet comfort of your ski-in/ski-out townhouse invites you to slow down, thaw out, and savor the mountain stillness. Through the vaulted windows, snow glows softly against the trees, and the warmth from the fireplace wraps you in calm.



Living spaces

The open-concept living area brings everyone together after a day on Whistler or Blackcomb. A wraparound sofa offers plenty of space to relax beside the gas fireplace, while the TV and stereo make winding down effortless. Vaulted ceilings filter the soft winter light, framing forest views that change gently with the falling snow and keeping the mood serene from morning coffee to quiet evenings in.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need to prepare breakfast before the lifts or dinner after the runs. Meals flow naturally into the dining area, where the table seats eight beside tall windows that overlook the trees, giving every gathering a sense of connection to the mountain beyond.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV with cable, and a private balcony where you can breathe in the crisp alpine air. Its ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in glass shower, deep soaking bathtub, and double vanity for a soothing retreat. On the lower level, the second bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath, while the third offers a king-split bed that converts into two twins. The den includes a tri-bunk bed ideal for children or additional guests. A third bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves the lower floor, and a powder room on the main level adds convenience for all.



Outdoor living

Step onto the deck and sink into the private hot tub as snow gathers on the surrounding evergreens, the perfect way to ease into the evening. The entryway includes practical storage for ski gear and outerwear, making transitions from slope to home simple and seamless. A private garage and driveway provide sheltered parking through the winter months.

Located in the Cedar Ridge complex above the Upper Village, this townhouse provides direct access to the Village Run trail for true ski-in/ski-out convenience. The Benchlands setting offers a peaceful forest retreat while keeping Whistler’s restaurants, shops, and gondolas close at hand. Ski access typically runs from late December through March, creating the ideal base for a winter mountain escape.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Condo and Location

This renovated condo was great. Modern finishings, super comfortable furniture and beds and very short drive to Whistler/Blackcomb villages. Short walk to ski hill also. Check in/out and communication with the property manager was super smooth. Only nitpick is the hot tub appears to be from pre-renovation and feels a bit tired - it also didn't seem to be filtering all that well.

Beautiful townhouse and the management company is very responsive. We were dissapointed that it is NOT Ski in Ski out as listed. It is more like walk 100 - 200 yards on an iced out road in the morning to the ski in ski out location.

Great stay with friends!

This is a lovely property for a getaway with family or friends. The beds were super comfortable, and the pictures of the place are very accurate. It's completely renovated. The kitchen could have used some simple seasonings like salt/pepper, etc but otherwise well equipped. It's a short but steep walk to the village. Thanks for a great stay!
