Second time staying here. Very quiet and clean hotel. I stayed in the queen deluxe room first visit, and, then the one bedroom suite, second visit. I would advise against the one bedroom suite, it was just too hot. AC in living room only, and, did not circulate into the bedroom. Also find the one bedroom too dark. But, I definitely will stay here again, but, in the one bedroom deluxe suite. Staff are also wonderful!

Strongly recommend staying here. The staff was great and helpful providing recommendations - they partner with some local businesses which include small discounts. The room was nice and clean, had everything you would need for a weekend or more. Nice pool and hot tub plus a bbq/seating area with fire pit which was a nice plus. It’s in a great location and walkable to all of the village and some trails.

Room was good. Small balcony overlooking pool. Staff helpful. Nothing wrong with hotel but — oh Canada — why close ALL your gondolas to mountain at the same time? We understand maintenance has to be done but perhaps rotate and keep at least ONE open out of consideration to the visitors you are still attracting. And the staff at your information office need a lesson in customer service too.

Our only issue with this hotel was the on site parking. The underground parking lot is very cramped and unsuitable for larger SUV type vehicles. Especially when nearly full. Other than that the hotel is clean, comfortable, friendly and in an excellent location near to Whistler facilities.
