LIVING SPACE
Welcoming open-plan living/dining with a double sofabed and 32" LCD TV.. Dining room with seating suitable for up to 6 guests. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large balcony with seating, offering mountain and Village views. There is a private hot tub on the master bedroom deck. The suite includes a washer/dryer.

BED and BATH
The master bedroom offers two twin beds (can be made into a king, by request), as well as a single futon. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bed. There is a double sofabed in the living room. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and there is a second full bathroom with shower.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests at Sunpath can also enjoy use of the heated outdoor pool and common area hot tub.

DISTANCES
The free Village shuttle stop is less than a 2 minute walk away and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away, the lifts are a 9 minute walk away, and the Village amenities are right across the street.

Very Walkable to Village and Gondolas

Great property with plenty of space and extremely close to village amenities. Place was as advertised being clean and an excellent private hot tub.

Whistler Retreat

Stayed at this 3 bedroom condo right in Whistler village with 2 families. Clean with 2 full bathrooms and even more important for the teens boys…no sharing a bed. The hot tub with a wonderful view of the mountains was enjoyed morning and night. The kitchen was full stocked with a nespresso and Kure ring. A coffee shop and grocery shop right across the street. Parked our car in the underground parking and didn’t need it for a week of skiing.

Perfect location

Considering the fact that we wanted a condo and not a hotel room, this listing was near perfect. There was a shuttle drivers' strike but the walk to Whistler was 650m, ok for our 4 children. Kitchen really well equipped, close to groceries and liquor stores. Bedding very clean. Private hot tub so appreciated. Bathroom floors and showers may have been a bit cleaner but I realize I'm picky. Would definitely stay here again!
