Taluswood

Taluswood is a premier residential neighborhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. It is ideal for those who value serenity, privacy, and instant mountain access. Due to its discreet location, it is recommended that you have your own form of transport, as buses do not run to this neighborhood. Taxi services are available.

For the winter enthusiast, this home offers walking access to the nearby ski trails to Lower Dave Murray and the 2010 Olympic downhill course to the Creekside gondola. Please note that this ski trail access suits intermediate-level skiers and not beginners. To reach the ski-out trail, walk about 300 meters down to the exit of the Taluswood Complex and then walk 2-3 minutes up Nordic Drive to the sign for the ski-out trail. Ski down the intermediate Lower Dave Murray Downhill run from the ski-out trail to reach the Creekside Gondola. The ski trail home is above At Nature's Door Complex alongside the Lower Dave Murray Downhill run-on Whistler Mountain. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels shortly before arrival.

In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.
