Inside, the glow of the fireplace and the scent of hot cocoa create the perfect alpine retreat after a day on the slopes. This townhouse offers the warmth, comfort, and space ideal for family gatherings or ski getaways with friends.



Living spaces

Gather beneath vaulted ceilings in the open-concept living area, where large windows fill the space with natural light and mountain views. Curl up on the sectional sofa beside the gas fireplace or enjoy a quiet movie night on the TV. Step outside to the balcony, complete with a gas BBQ and furniture, and take in the peaceful winter landscape.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone counters, and heated floors that make every meal prep inviting on chilly mornings. The dining table seats eight, perfect for shared dinners, while the breakfast bar offers extra seating for casual bites.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms across three levels accommodate up to eight guests. The main floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, balcony access, and an ensuite with a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom on this level includes a king-split bed and its own ensuite. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a king bed and deck access, while another includes a king-split bed. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a glass shower and heated towel rail.

A mudroom entry with a boot dryer and storage makes returning from the slopes effortless. You’ll find in-unit laundry, high-speed wifi, and secure underground parking for two vehicles. Portable fans are available for warmer days, while heating throughout ensures year-round comfort.

Neighborhood

From here, you’re close to ski-in access trails in winter and a short walk to Lost Lake Park when the snow melts. This location balances peace and proximity, giving you the best of Whistler’s alpine experience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Free shuttle to the village: Turn left onto Painted Cliff Road, the bus stop will be on the right going uphill



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. This home is spread over 4 floors with no elevator access to the living spaces

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
