After a day on the slopes, steam curls up from the hot tub and the forest grows still again.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is set in Whistler’s Benchlands within the Stoneridge complex, offering a comfortable base for winter mountain days. The main living area features a river rock wood-burning fireplace, inviting seating, and a TV for relaxed evenings indoors. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding forest, while a second sitting area overlooking the lounge creates a quiet corner for games, reading, or conversation.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home after skiing or exploring the village. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances support easy cooking, while the dining table comfortably seats up to ten, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for two. Whether you’re sharing a slow breakfast or gathering for dinner, the space is designed to bring everyone together.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and access to a private balcony, along with a second bedroom featuring a king-split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo is located nearby. On the main level, the third bedroom offers another king-split bed, and a second bathroom with a spacious shower and single vanity provides added convenience.
Outdoor living

The townhome offers ski-in/ski-out access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain, seasonal and dependent on snow conditions, with access typically beginning in late December and ending in March. The free Village Shuttle stops nearby, making it easy to reach Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Lake access is available via a path or dock, adding another layer to the natural surroundings.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
