The Space:

Snow falls softly outside as you arrive on Blackcomb Mountain, skis stacked by the door and the warmth of a gas fireplace waiting inside. The mountain feels close here - quiet trails, skiers gliding past, and steam curling up from the shared hot tub after a full day on the slopes. Indoors, the condo offers a calm, comfortable place to slow down, warm up, and settle into winter evenings together.



The space

Set within Woodrun Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain, this single-level condo offers ski-in/ski-out access during the winter season when conditions allow via Merlin’s ski run. Elevator access and a no-stairs interior make getting settled easy, whether you’re arriving with ski gear or traveling with family. The layout balances shared gathering space with private sleeping areas, well suited to longer winter stays.



The living area centers around a gas fireplace, creating a natural place to relax after time outdoors. Comfortable seating, a TV, and large windows bring in soft alpine light. Just off the living room, the dining area seats eight, with a breakfast bar for casual meals, morning coffee, or planning the day ahead.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to seven guests across three sleeping areas. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, iPod dock, and a step-out balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom with a bath-shower combo and double vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and ample storage. The den offers additional sleeping space with a tri-bunk bed and TV. This space is designed as a den and does not have an external window. A second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower serves the main living areas.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay, whether it’s a hearty breakfast before first tracks or a relaxed dinner after a day on the mountain. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, eat, and unwind together.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Step onto the private balcony for fresh mountain air and views over the lodge entrance. Guests have access to Woodrun Lodge’s shared heated outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared gym. In-suite laundry, secure ski storage, underground parking, and building staff available 24 hours a day add everyday convenience, especially during winter conditions.

Located in Whistler’s Upper Village, the lodge places you close to the Blackcomb Gondola and within easy reach of Whistler Village via a short walk or free shuttle. The setting offers a quieter mountain atmosphere while keeping dining, shopping, and après-ski options nearby.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 2-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• The den does not have windows.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
