Peacefull Villa Elemni: Turquoise Water, Deserted Beach, basic vehicle

Villa Elemni is a new contemporary beach house located directly on beautiful Pelican Beach in Whitby, North Caicos. This lovely villa with AC offers simple but elegant accommodations with pure lines and natural tones that are in-tune with the North Caicos native ways.

The beach in front of the villa has white sand with some natural rocks at the water’s edge. There is easy access into the water for fabulous snorkeling and swimming in the warm, crystal-clear ocean. The reef is less than a mile out which is teeming with a myriad of sea life.

Just outside the front door is a 24 x 16 pool surrounded by a tiled deck with a breathtaking ocean view. Relax in a comfortable chaise lounge chair by the pool or amid the palm trees, while listening to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying the sea breeze. The perfect place to read a book, enjoy a cocktail or just do nothing at all!

The ideal setting for family, friends and couples our villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and fully equipped kitchen, No dishwaher. We offer privacy, convenience and all the comforts and amenities found in your own home. The “On Island” Villa manager is just a phone call away if you need anything. A basic car rental is included Tax, insurance and upgrade are at your cost.

The home is beautiful and on the very private North Caicos. If privacy is what you want - this is the place for you!Be mindful that you will be subject to the ferry schedule to get to and from Providenciales so that will limit the time that you can spend there. That can make planning certain activities challenging.Even so, the home is outstanding and everything is clean and really good working condition - especially the A/C.The property manager, Regine, is a wonderful woman. She is very helpful, responsive and just has a great big heart!Can't wait to go back!

Perfect North Caicos Villa

Home is lovely, spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of four but could have easily accommodated a larger family. Best thing about this property is the on island house manager, Regine. It is like having a sister on the island who has your back. She was extremely responsive and helpful. It gave our family a bit more confidence to lean into the adventure of the island knowing we had someone to call. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

North Caicos retreat

We loved staying in this beautiful house in North Caicos. It is the perfect place to be if you are looking for natural beauty in a remote location. Regine was very helpful before we arrived and when she picked us up at the ferry due to flooding in the area (unusual). It was helpful to stop at the grocery store in Provo before the ferry. The island is very relaxed and there are tons of remote beaches to explore. The house is great- well stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms. We loved the Barracuda bar down the beach for meals out. This is a special place- highly recommend.

Amazing house, host and island

House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. I don't think we've had a better host. Overall: Easily the best house, host and location. North Caicos is an absolute hidden gem. We had the best family vacation exploring North and Middle Caicos.

40th Birthday Spoiling

Stayed at Villa Elemni for my wife’s 40th birthday. 4 adults in all, and had an amazing time. Regine was a fantastic host. Made it super easy by meeting us at the ferry, arranging a car for us and showing us around the villa. Very responsive when a minor issue (power cut) arose. The house was absolutely perfect. Clean, modern, all the amenities and supplies you could want. Unreal natural beauty, with the ocean. Direct access to a beach. We walked a short distance in either direction to get to a sandy beach. Pool was clean and refreshing, and air conditioner was a welcomed respite for mealtimes.

This is a very nice beach home on the north coast of North Caicos. We saw very few other people on the beach. It is great if you like peace and quiet. Property manager is very nice and responsive. Any time we needed anything, she quickly took care of it. The only negative of the two weeks was our experience with Turquoise Car Rental (the company from which they rent the vehicle that comes with the house). They need to cut ties with them. But, the house itself was great.

Private Haven in Remote North Caicos

The property is exactly as described in the photos and description. While the living room could benefit from more plush seating, overall everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as expected. The rooms are all roomy, and the private pool, while not huge, was perfect for a clean freshwater dip while lounging on the huge outdoor patio. The views of the ocean from the home are a delight and while there is no "epic" clean beach directly in front of the unit, and short hike takes you to horsestable beach which is gorgeous clean sandy beach without seaweed. Wonderful place, and the host was absolutely terrific. Just be aware that North Caicos is fairly remote with not much going on and limited excursions. If you are up for that, then you will enjoy yourself at this beautiful private villa, as we did.

Incredible!

Villa Elemni was absolutely amazing for our first trip to TCI. Regine was extremely responsive, and so helpful providing everything that we needed. The grounds are unbelievably well-maintained, and the beach is so close. You have a view from every room. Staying on North was more our taste, away from the resorts. We had all of the beaches to ourselves ! Three Mary Cays and Mudjin are must-sees, and the food at Mudjin bar and grill which overlooks Dragon Cay is great. Dee’s has a BarBQ social on North on Friday nights, and there is even an ice cream shoppe. There are plenty of island grocery stores on North to find what you need. We are already planning our return trip next year! What a wonderful slice of heaven.

Absolutely Perfect

My wife and kids (16 and 13) took a last minute 4-day vacation to North Caicos and it was amazing. The house was big, spotless, and perfectly equipped. The setting was private and gorgeous. Pool refreshing clean. Regine was amazingly helpful, especially when we missed the last ferry over (do NOT miss the last ferry) and she helped us arrange a private charter ($500 for the 20 minute ride). Without this above and beyond help, our trip would have been ruined. It was grrat and very convenient to have a rental car included. Recommend upgrading to a SUV, roads are a bit rough in North. The island is beautiful and largely untouched by tourism. Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Regine!

Peaceful escape - Wonderful House

I booked this last minute as we had to pivot from an original vacation that was disrupted by Hurricane Beryl. So glad that we did. The property itself is on North Caicos which has it's own charm. If peace and quite is what you are looking for then look no further than North Caicos. This house is in excellent condition, the grounds are impeccable, the kitchen has everything you need. Regine was our host and from the moment we booked the reservation she was in communication with every detail that we needed. What taxi to take to the ferry, local things to do, etc. When I had a question, it was answered completely and immediately. Regine met us at the ferry dock when we arrived, took us to the rental car, went with us to the house, walked us through the house showing us the features, walked us to the beach (probably 30 steps away from the back deck) and was helpful in going over the map of the islanding noting the good places to visit and eat. 100% white glove service. That service got our vacation off to a great start. Worth the trip over by ferry. I would go back for sure and have it listed as a favorite.

The perfect getaway!

Our family of six found exactly what we needed at Villa Elemni. Regine was incredibly helpful from the first email to the last wave at the ferry landing. The house is beautiful -- spotless and well-maintained. Both bedrooms are generously sized and gave everyone enough space. The kitchen is well equipped -- but be sure to stop at the IGA in Provo if you want to prepare your own food! (The ferry folks were very accommodating about loading and unloading our many boxes of groceries.) The pool is the perfect size for a quick dip before or after the beach. I can't say enough about how wonderful North Caicos is. We are an active family, and managed to stay busy each day, but at our own pace, with no distractions like loud music or tourists. Locals are all pleasant and helpful. Each day we discovered a new, deserted beach -- aside from the incredible shells and coral washed up on the beach, or found while snorkeling. We rented a car for a few days, and highly recommend a day trip to Middle Caicos with a stop at Mudjin Beach. Also enjoyed some great meals at Silver Palm Restaurant and Last Chance. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in a perfect location, Villa Elemni is a wonderful choice.

Amazing Experience

We spent a wonderful week in Villa Elemni. The property was perfect for our family of five. The views are amazing starting from when you pull up to the house. The inside living area is large, airy, comfortable and open to all of the wonderful views. The pool is a great size for playing, floating and splashing around. The beach right in front of the property is beautiful. There are larger rocks and sand meaning you need to pick your way carefully but very manageable. The water here is very refreshing and easy for swimming. Otherwise just a short walk down the beach (5-7 Minutes) you will find a flat, sandy beach with clear turquoise water. We spent our days split between the pool and the beach. We almost had the whole place to ourselves seeing very few people most days. Regine is a perfect host. One of her staff met us at the ferry and led us to the house. We were then given a tour and explanation of everything we needed to know about the house. Regine was very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. We would happily stay at one of her properties again in the future. Thank you again! We definitely agree with Regine's recommendation to make sure you get grocery necessities on Provo prior to coming over to North Caicos. There are small groceries available, but the selection is limited, especially for anything fresh. We can't recommend this house or host enough!

Amazing getaway on North Caicos

Our family of four including a 13-year-old and 11 year old made a fairly late decision to to travel this year. We feel so lucky that Vela Elemni was available. The pictures are exactly what you get. The openness of the windows and vaulted ceiling‘s made it feel big and luxurious. We landed in Providencialis and stayed overnight at a resort. The next day, Regine gave us the name of a taxi company that picked us up from our hotel, took us to the supermarket and then to the ferry. Regine met us at the ferry along with a rental car and helped get us and all our stuff to the Villa. The mosquitoes were a bit of a problem the first two days but then disappeared. Make sure you bring some bug spray! Don’t expect to swim directly from the villa, if you head to the left, you get a beautiful stretch of beach as well as the barracuda bar. It’s a fun walk along the rocks (about 5 minutes) and then along a beautiful stretch of sand. The next day we headed out to explore. Down at Bombarra Beach we met AC who runs A tiki hut or he made some amazing french fries and plantain chips for us. He says he will also come to your villa to cook. Wish we had known before we bought out the supermarket. If you’re prepared for a half a mile walk/swim out to pelican rock, you can snorkel around the beautiful rock and walk/swim back. Or, you can relax on this beautiful beach. We had lunch at MUdgin harbor. The food, view and service were so amazing that we went back there again two days later. Best piece of fish I’ve had in a long time! When we did, we explored the beach in the caves. Make sure you’re wearing sneakers if you have any issues with your knees or ankles. 3 Mary Cays was beautiful. It was raining the day we went, the roads and puddles were a little scary. We wish we had another nice day there to explore. If you want to snorkel or go for a boat ride, Dee was amazing. He met us, and despite some big waves, found us a beautiful snorkel spot, and took us to walk on some surrounding islands. North Caicos is not a resort. If you’re looking for something different, a relaxing , absolutely beautiful way to spend time with your family, a way to really escape, this won’t disappoint. Just what we were looking for

The property is exactly as the pictures portray. My friend and I were looking for a location away from crowds where we could spend some quiet time relaxing and celebrating our partners birthdays and this home provided us just what we wanted. We were fortunate to have a mild breeze almost every day and so the mosquitoes didn't really bother us except for one day where it was quite still. Bring bug spray! We also went at a time of year when there was quite a bit of seaweed but a short walk along the shore towards Pelican Beach resort and the beach there is seaweed free. And the hospitality from Regine was among the best we've had at any rental. She is very responsive to all our questions before we arrived and even while we were there when we wanted tips. The handy booklet on the property gave great info. All in all this is a gem of a place to stay.

Last minute vacation

We spent 5 nights at this great property. It was a last minute trip to North Caicos and we enjoyed the property and both North and Middle Caicos. The house is very comfortable and well decorated - true to the pictures. Kids enjoyed (10/12) swimming in the pool. Regine was wonderful, she provided us assistance with the last minute reservations. She helped with logistics in getting to the island, and getting off the island (Covid test, Boat transfer, Taxi, etc). It was all quite easy with her help. Beach behind the home was a bit rocky when we were there but not a big deal since a quick 5 minute walk down the beach was all sand. Barracuda Beach Bar was just a short half mile away and we enjoyed the food and rum drinks...so much that we went back 3 times. Don't miss a trip to Middle Caicos to explore. Great home on a great island.

Vacation of a lifetime! Book it!

First time to North Caicos and we hope we’ll have the good fortune to return. Property is incredible…clean, comfortable, spacious, private. Beach is right at back door. We snorkeled on seabeds & rocks nearby and enjoyed all the beaches within walking distance (Horsestable, Whitby, Hollywood). Our kids spent loads of time out on their own beach-combing sponges, coral & full conch shells. Plenty of desolate & quiet beaches to enjoy on North but the short drive to Middle Caicos is also worth it. Be sure to go there! There are some logistics to figure out like grocery shopping in Provo and the ferry schedule but it really isn’t a hassle. WORTH IT!! North and Middle Caicos are undersold paradises. It is also important to mention the gracious & responsive property host. She was so helpful & reliable.
