Room numbering system was confusing. Rooms with numbers in both the 100s and 200s are on both levels.

I booked because I found it in a “pet friendly hotels” search. We arrived to be told that no pets allowed. No refund. No apology. Felt cheated.

the bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails covered with cotton and shook lke it would fall apart. at the head of it on the side facing the wall was an electrical outlook with a lamp and electrical plug in unit with several outlets. The wall outlet was pressing against the cotton material of the mattress. That outlet had no covering face-plate annd was dangling. When I tried to exit the door would not open. I tried to open the 1 window and found it jammed shut. I went back to the door and after several minutes of "jimmying" it opened. I only stayed 1 night and when I asked for a credit of the second I was told they could not because I booked through you..

When we walked into the room it was like an oven. We had to leave the front door open just to be able to breathe. The hot water ran out and half of us had to shower in cold water. The vending machine wasn't working and had to be opened manually by staff and then when it was opened, the chips were stale by over a year. The room smelles old and the beds were uncomfortable. But you get what you pay for.

Horrible place to stay.....
Owner wanted me to get a second room because my 1 year old made 5 in a room. I have 3 children under 6 and she was like you need to get 2 rooms.

Adequate for a short stay.
Pros:Quiet
Cons:No free Internet, no wi-fi.
Outdated but ok if you're in a pinch and need a place to stay the night. Friendly staff, large rooms, but old furniture and furnishings.

Most unprofessional and unaccomodating staff I've seen
This was my second stay at this hotel. The first in 2011 was fair (got what I paid for). The 2012 stay was awful due to the staff there.
To check in you enter an empty admin building and dial zero from a phone on the counter and wait for someone to show up. In walks a woman on her cell phone, who immediately begins explaining to me some issue she has with her health insurance. She checks me into the room all the while explaining the intimate personal details of her insurance problem. Very unprofessional, but I could tell she was upset so I just politely listened and nodded.
The following day the six of us went to the free continental “breakfast” (A.K.A week old glazed donuts, little Debbie oatmeal cream pies, stale cereal, and the ONE good item….a waffle maker). When we tried to change the channel on the TV (as it was only the six of us in the building) we were told we couldn’t. After a short dispute the remote was taken from us and the TV turned off as if we were children whom had just gotten into trouble.
I have never been so disrespected by hotel staff in my life, and never will again by these people.

Good Budget Hotel
This is a nice, clean hotel. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. It's far enough off of I-80 that it is relatively quiet. A real bargain for the price.

Nice and quiet.

Prices was excellent, the hotel was close to good restaurants/stores and turnpike exit is close to the hotel.

Just very old...
It seems the owners are trying to just make ends meet. It must be a family run operation. Some appear to live in one of the rooms. The hotel is very old and run down, yet fine on cleanliness. There was an issue with checking in and room assignments as the owners confused us with another booking with a similar name. Had to repeatedly ask for sheets and blankets for the old, very uncomfortable sleeper sofa for my boys.
The breakfast is very, very basic. Donuts were old/stale tasting. Maybe they were in the freezer a while, thawed yesterday and being served today.
We saved money compared to other hotels in the area, however, the hotel wasn't as reasonably priced as it should have been. I might have given it a Poor rating if I didn't have some sympathy for the owners.
