For the lower price I was extremely impressed and satisfied. Large clean room and great location. Free hot breakfast was provided and definitely better than most I have had. Definitely will Stay again, AT the lower price.

Abject indifference by front desk workers. Seemed like they were pissed off because your booked on line. Because you booked on line they put you in the lowest quality standard room. Exposed to street noise. Missing furniture in the room. Old busted down mattress. Incredible noise from above the room on the second night after midnight. It was like they were doing work on the room above. Was going to complain but chose ear plugs instead. The housekeeping girl was very pleasant and changed the towels but did not make the bed. The carpet in the room was very clean. Breakfast was very good with nice fresh fruit and good coffee.

I booked and fully paid for a two-night stay through Expedia. However, I was unexpectedly told to leave without any written notice. I was not allowed to use the room I had already paid for. I was sent outside with all my luggage in the cold while waiting for transportation and refund instructions. The whole situation was stressful and caused entirely by the hotel’s actions.

Got to motel to check in and said my room wasnt ready they needed to clean it still had to wait 30 minutes for a supervisor to approve me to get another room since mine was still dirty check in was at 4 and we arrived at 515

I stay here often. My favorite part is close to downtown for walkability to restaurants, breweries, etc. They have a pretty decent breakfast. Rooms aren't fancy but they're clean and price is right - at least in the off-season. There is a pool, sauna, and hot tub but I find it is often crowded.

The hotel was nice & my room was very roomy and accommodating. I also loved the area... close to downtown, casinos & coffee! However, when I checked out & returned home, my clothes were infested with bed bugs, which I'm sure I picked up from the room. In addition, the hotel was in the process of changing all the locks on the rooms, and I was unable to get back into my room and the building a couple of times even though the staff tried to fix it. A nice hotel, but my stay was ultimately disappointing.
