Travelocity needs to ask for both names to be included in the room. The room was under my name (husband), and when my wife went to check in, she was told she could not check in because her name was not on the room. This is unacceptable. She had all kinds of proof with both names on it. Thus, she couldn't get into the room until hours later when I was present. Frustrating.

This is a really wonderful hotel. However, it’s pretty easy to hear what’s going on in your neighbor’s rooms, especially on a floor above you. Still, a wonderful property.

Great staff!! Newer well kept property. Grand kids enjoyed the pool. Room spacious very clean. Excellent QUIET heating. Easy to use shower Nice variety for breakfast buffet. Wonderful stay. Will stay there again next time we visit family in Wichita!

Great stay

We stayed multiple nights. Room cleaning was every other day unless requested otherwise. All employees were exceptionally friendly. We did use the workout area, only issue was no wipes. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn menu, all good. Check in /out fast and easy. Plenty of parking. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet.
