bad experience

The sofa bed was dirty, with cookies and even nails, very unpleasant. There was no blanket for the sofa bed, just a sheet. The bathroom had rusty, unpleasant-looking objects. It was too noisy from guests in other rooms. They mistakenly gave the key to our room to someone else, but luckily we were inside and they couldn't get in.

Room was large for our family. The hotel felt safe and quiet. My family really liked the coffee bar and the breakfast bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

4-night, which was pleasant with good access to nearly anything needed, while remaining quiet. Rooms being suite style provided efficient work and rest area. Bed was comfortable; internet strong and reliable. Staff was very friendly, accommodating to their highest limit. Only complaint: Same breakfast each day, offering waffles ONLY on weekends.

Don’t recommend this hotel.

Very strange to check in with strange man sitting in the lobby sprawled out on the couch. Evidently it was the spouse of the front desk clerk. Very unprofessional. Also the female front desk clerk sped off and almost hit my daughter when she left work.

Pool was very small. Food in the morning was hot and very clean! We asked originally for adjoining rooms and it wasn’t going to cost anything extra. Then it cost me $70 more

Everything was great. Plenty of room for our family. The bathroom was poorly maintained and seemed like it could fall apart at any minute, but otherwise the stay was fine.

The best part of the stay was "Janet" at the front desk. She was able to get us an extra room once we determined we couldn't put 4 adults into a room with only 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Plus she knew all the great places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. I will stay again at this location because she giving us above and beyond service.
