I honestly can’t say enough great things about this Vrbo. This was our second stay, and I specifically sought out the same listing because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The house is beautifully maintained, and the layout is perfect for families—it easily accommodates multiple groups at once, whether that’s kids’ shows in one living area and football in another.We hosted Thanksgiving here, and the double ovens were an absolute lifesaver. We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, and the host of this home is truly the best—attentive, understanding, and just wonderful all around.And lastly
 the bed. I literally took pictures of the mattress, bedding, and pillows so I could recreate the entire setup at home. That’s how comfortable it was. This will not be the last time we stay in this home, I would honestly adjust my trip to be sure to come back to this home. Thanks again, see you next Thanksgiving.

This house is perfection. The bed was so comfortable I asked for the type! Very homey and comfortable. Easy to get to from downtown and close to Target for a quick run to grab what we forgot. Teresa is amazing! Very attentive & always quick to respond. 10/10 recommend. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area

You’ll love it

The location is close to everything! The house is STOCKED with everything you need. The owner leaves a welcome note and cookies from Panera Bread. There is water in the fridge, amenities in the laundry room, kitchen and bathrooms. If we ever come to KS again we will book here again. Thank you!

Talk about space, we had lots of room to hang out and watch TV. It was nice having two living/family rooms. The extra utensils and cookware was really appreciated. I've never seen so many extra items including shampoo in a vrbo! Awesome!

Perfect for Older Guests and Kids

What a great experience!Teresa was extremely responsive and answered some questions I had about steps and the walk-in shower. I was concerned about finding the right place for my father-in-law who can't really do stairs, and this ranch style home was perfect with only a couple steps here or there. I was also having some trouble with my VRBO app but Teresa mad sure I had everything I needed.The house itself was great, super clean, everything you possibly need and then some. Since we were arriving late she turned on some lights for us and also left some water bottles and cookies (which my wife loved!) We found a great little breakfast spot around the corner and everything you could possibly need is within minutes. Also conveniently located to highways so easy to get anywhere in Wichita.Thank you so much!

Beautiful home!

As soon as we arrived there were cookies and an assortment of coffee for us to enjoy! The home was VERY clean, homey, and spacious. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were well put together. The house was equipped with eveything you may need. Great location, close to many stores and restaurants. My family enjoyed the stay and we will keep this home in mind when we come to the area.

This property is welcoming and comfortable. It accomodated our family perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms had classy decor. We stayed here before, and were so happy the property was available for another visit. The location has easy access to great restaurants and shopping. Wonderful stay in Wichita!

Our stay was perfect! The host was easy to get in contact with. She left cold water in the refrigerator and snacks for movie night. The house was well stocked and worked perfectly for our family of 6. I woukd stay here again without hesitation!

Awesome stay

Host had the house outfitted and prepared like it was our own home. Comfortable bedding. Nicely decorated with amenities to spare. Central A/C and fans throughout kept the home at perfect temps during a scorcher of a weekend. Property was centrally located in city with all our different tournament ballparks always within a fifteeen or less minute drive. Downtown and other attractions are also close with plenty of options to eat nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect property for our family to stay in while visiting relatives in the Wichita area. There is plenty of space, it's clean, feels very "homey" and Teresa has absolutely everything you might need while traveling out of town. I VRBO a lot, and this was the most well stocked property I've ever had from the kitchen utensils/dishware/cookware, to bathroom essentials, and extra blankets/towels/etc. She even had a wide selection of coffee for us to have during our stay. Teresa was also extremely responsive and friendly on the couple of questions I did have leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Teresa's home is fabulous! It's a great location. Teresa is a great communicator and very accommodating to make our stay extra comfortable. I love her house and definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Wichita.

We were very happy with your rental and enjoyed the stay. The only reason I put four stars on accuracy of listing is because its advertised as 3 bed 3 bath so that's what we were expecting. I did see later in the finer print that it only has two bathrooms. But either way it worked great for us and we were happy. I would stay again if needed. We were in Wichita for a meeting at Central Community Church so it was very convenient.
