We loved the spacious quarters. It was very clean, it could use an update but it was very clean. Loved the security, the good amt of parking and loved the staff which was super helpful. Our only issue was our key didn't always work BUT overall, would stay again!

Check-in went great—fast and seamless. I was kind of surprised we were offered to sit through a timeshare presentation, but I wasn’t sad at the offer of $200 to do so (although our plans on this trip didn’t allow us time for that). As we entered our building, there was a ball of trash in the corner that looked like a used diaper…but that was the foyer and not our actual room. The room itself was accommodating. We have a family of four, so plenty of room. It was great to not be cramped in a hotel room and to be able to sit and play board games at the table. The furniture is dated—all of it. The carpet has a large rip in it as well. The curtains were stained in places where someone with a dirty hand tried to open or close them. There are moving pods all over the campus, so they may be doing upgrades soon. We would stay here again.

Great stay for large family holiday gathering. Quiet property, friendly check in staff. Close to shopping and grocery stores and nearby sites. Would stay again!

This is well situated and a spacious accommodation. My unit had two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen; two bathrooms, decently equipped kitchen, formal dining room, living room, balcony and washer dryer. The biggest issue was the unit was at the highest level of the building, requiring one to climb 29 steps. There is no elevator.

The room was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked, but there was rust on the wall in the bathroom. The area was nice. On our final morning all of our card keys were deactivated for the room door. We could get into the stairwell, but not the room. Thankfully there was somebody in the room to open the door when we were going out to load the car. It was VERY nice that the concierge was not overly pushy in attempting to get us to do the time share talk.
