Hampton Inn and Suites visit

We had a very relaxing, fun visit to Williamsburg. The hotel staff were so polite and went out of their way to assure that we had everything we needed. The room was very comfy and clean.

No fridge and the breakfast room was in renovation

Very disappointed that the room did not have a fridge We had medication that needed to be fridge and your place had none We were told by front desk that they are not avalable this makes no sense because you show the fridge in details. Also that's why we picked this hotel. Not good

We were very upset that there was no fridge in the room. You show that there is a fridge in the room. This was not good as my wife has medication that needs to be in the fridge. So we had to use is in a ice bucket which was a mess
