Enjoy this lovely, privately owned condo located in The Shores complex with access to 600 ft. of frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay. Your condo sits in a peaceful wooded setting with a very short walk to the sandy bay. This great location will serve as a launchpad to all that the shoreline of Northwest Michigan has to offer; the opportunity for exciting day trips to the finest of wineries, restaurants, quaint towns and beaches, golf courses, biking trails, fall color tours, boating, downtown Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park, and memorable trips around the “The Mitten!” ENJOY!
The Shores complex features 600' of privately groomed sandy beach on East Grand Traverse Bay with summer onsite rentals of all the water toys from speed boats, pontoon boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards through “Blue Sky Rentals”. Enjoy the fun and end your day in a relaxing way by enjoying amazing sunsets on your beach. Please note that access to the resort pools and fitness center and tennis courts at Grand Traverse Resort are NOT included with this rental.
Your condo is located on the second floor with central AC, where you can enjoy the serenity and privacy of nature while sitting on your balcony. As owners, we strive to provide you with clean and comfortable accommodations where you can enjoy your time away from home.

Very thoughtful host, they had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. They even left us a nice bottle of wine, an anniversary card and plenty of snacks. Great place for 2 people, close to the water, short drive downtown. Highly recommend it!

Best stay ever

My daughter and I travel often for equestrian events and Victor and Vicki’s place was by far our favorite ‘home away from home’. So clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. My daughter was a huge fan of the snacks (I may have indulged a bit, too 😉). I highly recommend staying here!

Nice, cute place

Well appointed space. My husband was able to work a few days at the condo while I went to the beach and read or SUP. Nice area to explore. Enjoyed all of the little amenities: coffee filter, small zip lock bag....( The items you may only need one or two of but hate to have to run to the store and buy them.)

great home base for exploring northwest Michigan

This condo is small but updated, well-maintained, and very clean. It is located within a complex of condos, some of which have direct views of the beach. This unit is a very short walk to a small private beach with rental equipment such as boats, Sea-Doos, standup paddle boards, etc. Access to the TART trail is a short drive away, which made it easy to access biking and running adventures. Acme was also a good location from which to launch explorations by car to other areas of northwest Michigan all along Grand Traverse Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, etc.. We had a great time visiting Michigan, and this was a nice home base for the week.

Well-appointed Weekend Getaway Basecamp

This condo was exactly what we were looking for—a quiet spot on the east bay, close enough to Traverse City for breweries, Glen Arbor for kayaking on the Crystal River, and Charlevoix for the marathon. Our hosts provided everything we needed and more and the condo was so tidy and well-furished with all the comforts of home. It makes us wish we had our own little spot just like this one. Love the location and the balcony in the trees was a perfect evening and early morning escape with wine or coffee. Loved everything about it!

A home away from home

The property owners were simply wonderful. They are so accommodating and made our stay at Traverse City extra special. The location is awesome - central to everything you can possibly do. The waterfront views are picturesque and my wife and I enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset each day. My wife and I truly felt at home at this unit. Hopefully we can book here again the next time we head back up!

Great spot in Traverse City area

Vicki & Vic were wonderful to deal with. Very prompt in responding to our questions prior to booking and before our arrival. Very clean and well kept. We have stayed at many VRBO's and I would say this is the best well stock of supplies/towels/hooks to hang things. Beach is less than 3 minute walk from unit. Bring water shoes because it is rocky. Glad spot to see the sunsets. Their place is in great location and can get to many travel spots all within 30 minutes or less. Definitely would recommend!

Peaceful retreat

Small space, but it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Close to water and a neighboring park, so long walks were possible. Very clean and could tell owners cared about our previsions and the quality of our stay.

Fantastic condo rental experience

My wife and I had a fantastic week in the Traverse City area. The condo was very clean, with everything you need for a summer stay. The owners could not have made the stay any easier. Excellent communication, warm hospitality and welcoming touches throughout the condo. Fridge/freezer combo and all accessories in the kitchen were a big help when we didn’t go out to eat but elected to stay close. We spent time at the private beach almost every day. Beautiful views and the beach was never too crowded during the day. We highly recommend staying at the condo! You will not be disappointed.

I came to traverse as a travel RN. The location was perfect, it was a very comfortable and relaxing place to be in my downtime. I wish the pool and hot tub were upen but there are plenty of excelent swimming options on the property and nearby. The owners were friendly and welcoming, little touches throughout including a welcome basket with wine and snacks were very much appreciated.

Clean and quiet

Location is excellent, close to Traverse City. Within driving distance to Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore Park and day trip to Mackinac Island. Condo was very clean and quiet, with a modern decor, kitchen well stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances to cook meals. Small private beach located on condo property. Owners responded quickly to emails, answered all questions and easy to communicate with. Transaction was very easy. I highly recommend!!!
