Lots of trucks but felt relatively safe. Stayed for 7 days and room was never cleaned. Schedule at check-in indicated it would be cleaned every 3 days. Wasn't a problem for me but might be for some people.

No working locks on outer doors, safe did not work, had to continually reset the room key, broken windows on some doors, dirty laundry on floors or hallways, broken desk chair. Not a single redeeming QUALITY.

Room was clean. TV didnt work. The entrance to the parking lot was poorly lit and had minimal signage. It was actually hard to find. The guy at the front desk lacked personality and was not very helpful until he was pushed. Not impressed with this property.

World's Worst Hotel

This was the most awful hotel I have EVER stayed at. From top to bottom, it couldn't have been any worse. It was musty, moldy, and full of what I hope were fruit flies. The ceiling tiles were water stained and wet. The shower has what appeared to be mold and the room had the loudest dehumidifier that WE apparently had to maintain and empty as part of our stay. The only reason we even stayed and didn't leave is because every room was filled at all hotels in the area. This completely ruined our Family Weekend at my son's college. Your company should be ashamed to have sold this room. I will never again book through your site and promise to make these complaints loud and visible on all social media platforms.

We had an adjoining room (not told in advance). It was a single door. And could light from next room around the top and side of door. Noise seemed like they were sleeping in our room. Could hear them snoring despite the noise from our AC (which was good /cold). Decor could use an overhaul. Bed was not bad Front desk person checking in not friendly
